This award is for a primary or secondary school teacher
that has developed sport in their school or local community
by trying something new or going the extra mile to make
sport fun!
This award is for a community group or sports club that had
'off the field' success in 2014. We want to hear about any
new projects that encouraged more people into sport or
physical activity.
Young Coach of the Year
Team of the Year
This award is for a young coach that has made a significant
contribution to sport in their local area.
Nominees must be 21 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER.
This award is for a team or group of individuals from a
constituted sports club that has achieved something really
special this year. Perhaps they won the league, brought home
the cup or smashed their previous records!
Coach of the Year
This award is for a sports coach that has made a significant
contribution to sport in their local area.
Nominees must be OVER 21 years of age.
Young Volunteer of the Year
Young Sports Personality of the Year
This award is for a young sports person that has done
something extraordinary this year. Tell us if they have worked
hard and had success, achieving something special.
Nominees must be 21 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER.
This award is for an individual that has volunteered in
their school or community, contributing to the development
of sport. They may perform roles such as fundraising,
administration or first aid. They should not be in a
coaching role.

Sports Personality of the Year
Volunteer of the Year
Unsung Hero of the Year
This award is for an individual that has volunteered in their
community, contributing to the development of sport. They
may perform roles such as fundraising, administration or first
aid. They should not be in a coaching role.
Nominees must be OVER 21 years of age.
This award is for a coach or volunteer that has worked
tirelessly providing continued support to sport in their
community. They are reliable, passionate and they are so
important that the sport in their community couldn't happen
without them.
This award is for a sports person that has done something
extraordinary this year. Tell us about the success they have
had and why you are so proud of them.
