Changes:
After the deadline for applications competitors can't change weight category.
Also, competitors can't change weight category after the official weigh-in.
If the athlete registered on-line does not take part in the competition for some reason, but
he/ she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline, his/her team
official must fully pay his/her registration fee. Registration fee is not refundable at any time
after the deadline.
Protest:
Only head of team ( official coach ) have all rights to protest immediately after match.
Protest fee of 50eur is to be paid, for every protest, to the Competition Board.
Responsibility:
All competitors take part in the competition at their own responsibility The organizer shell
not be liable for resulting injury, damage or loss of items and equipment. First Aid will be
provided by the organizer.
Bad behavior will be immediately sanctioned with Discplinary rules of
TAS, ETU and WTF.
With the registration the Participant/ Club acknowledges and accepts all the listed points.

Single awards 1st, 2nd and 3rd places- one medal and diploma for each
Team awards- Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Special award for the best competitor.

The draw: All Poomsae will be drawn by lot for each category out of the corresponding pool of compulsory
Poomsae. The draw of the Poomsae will be performed by the competition board on Thursday, 26th
February 2015. and will be announced immediately thereafter on www.tas.org.rs and www.tkdreg.com
On principle all members of a pair/team must be of the appropriate age. Exception: In the junior
category a pair/ team can consist of juniors and cadets, but in any case they will have to compete in the
Junior class.
System of Competition "A" CLASS - Cut off system
1st round Preliminary: When 20 or more contestants are participating; Contestants shall perform the two
assigned compulsory Poomsae and half of them from each group shall advance to the semi-final, on the basis of
their points. In the preliminary round, each group might be judged by different group of judges. If the number
of contestants is odd, then the number is rounded to be an even number, e.g. if there are 13 contestants in the
group, 13 contestants is considered as 14 contestants and 7 contestants shall advance to semi-final.
2nd round Semi-final: When 9 to 19 contestants are participating; Competition shall start from semi-final
round. Contestants shall perform the two assigned compulsory Poomsae and 8 of them shall advance to the final,
on the basis of their points.
3rd round Final: When 8 or fewer contestants are participating; Competition shall start from the final round.
Contestants shall perform two Poomsae, in accordance with the drawing of lots.
Note: The organizer reserves the right to reduce the number of Poomsae to be performed in the preliminary and
in the semi-final round to 1 (one) form.
Procedure in case of equal score:
In case there is a tied score after the completion of the preliminary round, at the last place of the best 50 %,
respectively on the 8th rank of the semi-final round, the points in presentation will be the determining factor for
advancement to the next round. If this score is equal as well, all competitors in question will advance.
In case there is a tied score after the completion of the final round on the rank 1, 2 or 3, the contestant who is
awarded more points in presentation shall be declared as winner. In case that the score is still tied, the contestant
who has more total points ( including highest and lowest ) shall be the winner. If the score is tied after the addition
of the total points, competitors shall have a rematch. The referee will decide about the Poomsae to be performed (
in any case it will be one of the compulsory Poomsae ).

Accommodation:
Sports arena "FMP" is located 15kilometers from the city center and it represents a modern sports and business
complex. Apart from the seating capacity of 3000, there is a specialized hydromassage block, medical diagnostic
centre, a modern gym, trophy hall and press hall. Within arena there is also a hotel with apartmants for the
accommodation of athletes.

full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Nearby arena is a Lux hotel with eleven apartments. Modern furnished reception area with friendly staff, in
addition to the latest devices for communications, information center, central safe, offers 24 hours services. In front
of the apartment building is parking with 24 hours video surveillance. Hotel also have bank and exchange office.
Accommodation Fee in this hotel is 25eur per person/night and
continental breakfast.

pioneers with the normal ones. The organizer will provide E-foot protectors with sensors, which will be rented at the
competition.
