At halftime, a raffle winner will be announced. The winner, and a guest of his or her choosing, will have a front row seat in a LoveSac with free popcorn and a beverage, all the comforts of home for the remainder of the game (*must be present to win). If you wear your own red shirt, you will receive 1 raffle ticket at the door to the game, and if you buy a shirt to support the American Heart Association, you will receive 3 raffle tickets, earning more chances to win! Millard West’s Spanish Honors Society will be accepting applications for the 2015-2016 school year into the Antonio Novella Chapter. Spanish Honors Society members work to develop their Spanish skills through community service and fundraising. Members are also allowed to apply for exclusive scholarships. In order to be considered you must have at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA as well as a 3.5 GPA in Spanish and complete an application for membership. If you are interested please stop by room 168 next week and pick up an application. They are due February, 19th. MPS Summer School information is now available. Students can also visit mccneb.edu/testing/ptr.asp to review MCC's free online student guide for the Compass placement test. On the day of the test, bring a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport); a current high school ID is also acceptable. Students interested in attending MCC should click on Apply Now at mccneb.edu at least three days prior to the testing date to have the results immediately attached to an MCC student profile.
