Curtin staff have access to a range of approved wellness activities from each of the seven dimensions of wellness.
The below calendar lists all approved Wellness Activities for 2014. Please note that staff wishing to participate in
approved activities should consult with their line manager prior to participation. Staff wishing to participate in
approved Physical activities must complete the Pre-exercise Screening tool available from the Curtin Wellness
webpage – hr.curtin.edu.au/wellness.
Note that the calendar will be continually updated each month. If you have any queries related to any of the
activities below or would like to request an activity to be added to the staff wellness calendar, please email

Staff Wellness Expo: 11.00am – 12.00pm in the courtyard between Aroma Café and the entrance of
John Curtin Gallery. Featuring ~20 stall holders from Curtin and external wellness organisations,
our second staff wellness expo will see the return of the always popular HBF massage and health
assessments and free healthy food samples, plus all the information you need to know about the
