Sub:-Printing / Supply of envelops in bilingual Hindi & English -Regarding

The Director, Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute, Central Silk Board, Pampore having postal
address, village-Galander post office Pampore Pin-192121 is interested to purchase/print of envelops as per
sample available at CSR&TI, Pampore of following Specifications. Sample can be inspected by the interested
parties on any working day between 10 AM to 4 PM.

The sealed quotation should be addressed to the Director Central Sericultural Research &
Training Institute, Central Silk Board, Pampore having postal address, Village- Galander, Post
office, Pampore, PIN-192121 Post bag No. 88 GPO Srinagar-190001 The sealed quotations
should reach to this institute on or before 20.02.2015 by 11:30 AM and the same will be opened
on the same day at 2:30 PM by a constituted committee. Any tenderer who likes to present at
the time of opening, can do so and come on the schedule date and time. The late and delayed
quotation/tender will not be accepted in any case.
The envelope containing the quotation for purchase of the above items should duly super
scribed (Quotation for Envelops).on the upper side of the envelop.
The rate should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotations.
The rate of Taxes/VAT/ etc. Should be indicated separately.
The rates should be quoted for the supply of the items FOR destination, i.e. CSR&TI Pampore, Kashmir. The Payment will be released after completion of the supply of the ordered items and
satisfactory. No part or advance payment will be made in any case.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount not less than 2% of the quoted price for the item to be remitted
along with the quotations in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Director, CSR&TI,
PAMPORE, PAYABLE ON ANY Nationalized Bank at Srinagar (Kashmir). Quotation not
accompanied with E.M.D. shall summarily be rejected. The E.M.D. will not bear any interest.

The ordered materials should be supplied within 10 days of receipt of order.
Samples of the envelops must be enclosed with the quotation.
9 Luxer print on butter paper proof will be provided by this Institute.
10 The prospective printer will have to supply two proofs before placing order for final printing.
11 “The Director, Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute, Central Silk Board, Pampore Reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. However, the bidder is at liberty to seek clarification in
respect of bidding conditions, bidding process and/ or reasons for rejection of the bid”.
