NOTICE OF AUCTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bingham County will be
leasing approximately 70 acres of County owned farm
ground for Farming and/or Pasture to be held on Monday,
February 23rd, 2015, at 2 pm in the Commissioners Chambers in the Bingham County Courthouse at 501 N. Maple
Street, Blackfoot, Idaho.
The land to be open to auction is approximately 70
acres of farm ground located in part of S2SW, Section 29,
Township 4S, Range 33 E, excepting the North 467 feet of
the East 467 feet of the NE4SE4SW4 of Section 29, Township 4S, Range 33E, also referred to as 1649 W 1075 S,
Pingree, Idaho.
This parcel will be leased for a term of one (1) year
from April 1st, 2015 until May 1st, 2016. This lease includes an existing 40 hp pump with, mainline and electrical
panel/meter base. The existing wheel line irrigation belongs
to the current lessee.
This will be an open auction process with a flooring
price of $100/acre/year.
The Bingham County Board of Commissioners has the
right to accept or deny any and all bids.
The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance in an amount adequate to protect all improvements
on the leased premises.
Additional lease requirements will be attached to and
made a part of the lease agreement.
Rentals are due and payable at the time of signing the
