The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to last date of receipt of application for bids. Experience certificates for works issued by Private parties shall be supported by TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) certificates. (d) The Letter of authority in case the application is made through authorized person. Cost of tender documents will be accepted only in terms of Challan (available at SBI, Mahendragiri Branch) or Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque / Pay order with a minimum validity period of 02(Two) Months from the date of NIT. Tenders should be accompanied with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for specified value above, in the form of Deposit at Call receipt/ Term Deposit Receipt of any Scheduled Bank issued in favour of ‘Senior Accounts Officer, IPRC, Mahendragiri’ only (or) in the form of Bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. Earnest Money Deposit shall be valid for 180 days from the due date of receipt of tenders. Application may be obtained in person or through duly authorized person. Postal requisition shall be accompanied by Demand Draft /Bankers Cheque / Pay order for the cost of tender document plus ` 100/- drawn in favour of "The Senior Accounts Officer, IPRC, Mahendragiri" payable at Mahendragiri, addressed to ‘Section Head, Technical Section, CMG, IPRC, Mahendragiri- 627 133’.
