The mini-course is free, but registration is encouraged. Columbia Cleanup Day–March 21, 2015 This is the sixth year that volunteers organize to pick up trash that has accumulated in Columbia’s open spaces. This year it will take place on March 21. Please send suggestions for area in Wilde Lake that could benefit from a cleanup. Send your suggestions to Jeff Friedhoffer at [email protected] comfortable, safe, and healthy. Weatherization Assistance Program The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), operated by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's Single Family Special Loan Programs (SLP), helps eligible low- and moderate-income households with the installation of energy conservation materials in their dwelling units. Columbia Association Scholarships for Community Service Efforts Applications are now being accepted for the 2015 Maggie J. Brown Spirit of Columbia Scholarship Award.
