The Ole Time Bake Goods team was encouraged to enter six (6) of our top selling
bake goods products in the baking competition at the Moore County Fair.
We are very proud that out of the six (6) bake goods products entered, Leslie won

Freezing & Thawing Bake Goods:
Freezing - Pies & Cookies take out of the boxes & bags. Place the Bake Good Item in a
tightly sealed Zip Lock Bag. Remove as much air from bag as possible. Breads can be placed
in a Zip Lock Bag in the original wrapper and stored in your freezer.
Thawing – Place larger frozen bake goods (larger breads, pies, and cakes) as is in the
refrigerator for as much as 12 hours. They need to thaw in a cold environment. After that
you can unwrap and place on counter. Note: the cookies are good right out of the
freezer----no thawing. NOTE: If you take Bake Goods from freezer direct to a warm
counter they will often get “soggy”. This is not good especially for Pies because the
bottoms will be wet. For example, Pumpkin Pies will separate from the crust.

your location. Would appreciate as much advanced order notice as possible.
However we frequently handle very SHORT NOTICE ORDERS. Please just ASK!
MILITARY FAMILIES: ALL the COOKIES & Smaller SWEET BREADS as well as
the 9x7 Breads, will ship very nicely, if packaged properly-instructions available.
AFGHANISTAN is the longest trip so far followed recently by Turkey, Italy,
Tampa, Hawaii, unknown places! Not one cookie was broken in transit when the
packages were opened. I was told the Cookies and Sweet Breads were a very
special homemade treat for everyone, especially the soldiers. Make outstanding
