The 25th anniversary of the
European Pig Producers will
take place in Bruges, Belgium
from 3 to 6 June 2015.
Bruges is one of the most
beautiful medieval towns in
Europe. Designated as the
‘Venice of the North’, the city
has preserved all the charms
of the medieval heritage. Its
centre, which is inscribed on
the Unesco World Heritage
list, is in itself a real open air
museum.
We’re excited to present you

GENERAL INFORMATION
Language: English
Insurance: Please note that the organisers do not provide any insurance for the participants.
If we have to change the program, for any reason, no refund will be possible.
Registration: All participants are requested to register online under www.pigproducer.net
Registration period: From 1st January till 31st March, registration is exclusive reserved to
EPP-members. From 1st April onwards, other participants can also register for the congress.
Registration fee:
Congress fee for EPP-members, accompanying persons and press: full program, all meals, but
no hotel (per person):
• EPP-member: € 300,00
• non-EPP-member: € 400,00

Cancellation: EPP has to charge 20% of the registration fee for cancellation before 1st April. For
cancellation between 2nd-15th April we have to charge 80%. No refund is possible after 16th
April. Cancellation fee of the hotels can be different!
Methods of payment: Kindly forward you full payment in Euro either by money transfer or credit
card, free of all bank charges to EPP. Please include your NAME and “EPP-congress 2015”
Account: After registration you will get the account information with your confirmation/invoice.
Important. Please wait with you payment until you receive the invoice! An extra fee of 30 Euro
will be charged for late registrations after 16th April 2015.

Arrival: For arrival by plane please choose one of the international airports in Brussels or Charleroi (Brussels South). There will be no shuttle-service from the airport to the hotel. Participants
are pleased to organize the arrival individually. For arrival by car, parking area is available near
the train station with a local shuttle bus between 10h00 and 14h00 on Wednesday 3rd June and
between 9h00 and 12h00 on Saturday 6th June.
