NOTICE
Sealed quotations are hereby invited from resourceful bonafied purchaser
or waste paper dealer for purchasing the obsolete and old / damaged National
Text Books and waste papers from the district godown at Zilla Parishad Rest
House. Sealed quotations may be dropped in the drop box in any working days
between 11:00 am to 03:00 pm with effect from 29-01-2015 to 05-02-2015 at
sealed box which will be kept at the office of District SSK & MSK Cell,
Administrative Building , 2nd Floor, Bankura - 722 101. Submission of quotations
will be closed on 05-02-2015 at 03:00 pm and the same will be opened on that
day at the office chamber of the undersigned at 04:00 pm. Quotation sent by
ordinary / registered post or through e-mail shall not be accepted.
• The specification of items:
1. Obsolete Books
2. Torn and spoiled Papers
3. Damaged Books and Waste Papers
• General terms & conditions:
1. Waste papers purchasers / dealers should be quoted in details in
categorically per Quintal in rupees.
2. The purchasers / dealers should submit the attested copies of the
following papers of current financial year.
a. PAN card.
b. Valid Trade license.
c. Income Tax & Sale Tax clearance certificate.
3. Payment should be made through demand draft in favour of "BANKURA
ZILLA PARISHAD, D. R. D. CELL" payable at BANKURA before issuing
challan from this end.
4. A digitalized weight machine should be carry out at time of disposal of
papers.
5. An agreement will be made with the selected purchaser and the District
Nodal Officer, SSK & MSK Cell, Bankura.
6. The undersigned deserves the all rights to accept or reject any or all
quotations without assigning any reason.
