Basic Tour Itinerary
This tour is designed to give the players an opportunity to
experience & encounter all forms of obstacles & challenges incurred on a daily basis similar to the challenges
of the professional footballer at the Highest Level.
After departing Brisbane the tour will arrive in Madrid,
travel to our accommodation at Spanish Futbol Centre..
We will be based here for 6 days. During this time the
players will receive 4 training sessions at Real Madrid CF
training Complex, 2 training sessions at the Spanish National Team Complex, Play two competitive games. Attend
a Professional “La Liga” Match. Tour Real Madrid Stadium, Museum and Madrid. Players will receive individual
Assessment, Diploma, Real Madrid playing kit, back pack
and water bottle.
The Tour Group will then travel to Manchester City FC
and be accommodated in a 3/4 star Premier Inn and will
be based here for 4 days. The Academy Coaches will
provide a training program and arrange Matches. In Manchester the players will visit Old Trafford and The Etihad
Stadiums, also attend a Premier League Game.
We will then travel to Sheffield for a further 4 days stay.
The Group will train at both Sheffield United and Sheffield
Wednesday Academies and play 2 matches.
Finally the tour will spend the last days in London with the
Charlton Athletic F C Academy & a Tour of London, before it departs back home.
Parents Costs $6490 which excludes the tour Kit and
Player training and game Costs.

Responsibilities:
Brisbane Youth Football Academy and other participating
agents, IE Travel Agents, Airlines Football Clubs and hotels
are not responsible for any inconvenience, injury, loss,
delay or irregularity out of/or in connection with the tour.
Deposit:
$1000 of which $600 will be non refundable
after 30th April 2015, in agreement with the Real Madrid
Agents, the Balance $400 is non refundable after 31st July.
Tour Price: All tour prices indicated in this brochure are
per person and are based on the Rate of Exchange at the
current time of booking. Price is subject to change without
notice.
Tour Includes:
Economy class return airfares, 20 kg free baggage
allowance, accommodation , three meals per day in Madrid
& two per day in England, transfers to & from airports. Two
live matches, games & training.
Tour Kit, Winter Jacket, Tracksuit, Polo and a Bag.
Travel insurance.
Departure taxes up to $400.
Reservation & Payments: A deposit of $1000 will secure
your booking, the balance of the tour price shall be paid no
later than 90 days prior to departure or earlier if required
under the applicable airfare conditions. Late reservations
may be accepted subject to availability and accompanied
by full payment.
Cancellation Charges:
30th April 2015 Real Madrid Deposit $600
31st July 2015 Balance of deposit $400
90 Days before departure 30% of Tour price.
Less than 60 days before departure 50% of Tour price.
There are no refunds for unused portions of Land content,
and once travel has commenced BYSC reserves the right
to cancel the tour in the program at any time prior to
departure. In this event the participant is entitled to a full
refund of any monies paid.
Please Note BYSC reserves the right to increase the tour
costing due to the decrease in the AUD Dollar value
