For multiple long term projects at the European Institutions in Belgium –Brussels, Ordina
is hiring experienced JAVA APPLICATION DEVELOPERS.
Perfil del candidato:















Candidates should have at least 6 years of professional experience in IT
Bachelor or Master degree is a big plus
Residency in any European country is required. None EU nationals already living in
EU are also invited to apply.
Minimum 6 years of experience with developing database-driven web applications
based on JAVA EE and relevant frameworks
Good knowledge of the design and development of web/multi-tier applications;
Very good knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML);
Good Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, AGILE);
Good knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle 11g Database Management
System);
Good knowledge of Application Servers (Oracle WebLogic Server and Apache
Tomcat);
Good knowledge of ECLIPSE (or NetBeans) IDE;
Very good knowledge of JAVA EE 6/7 platform, JAVA Programming Frameworks
(JSF, SPRING, HIBERNATE, etc.), etc.;
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments;
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication;
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid
selfstarting capability and experience in working in a team;
Very good knowledge of English (both written and oral)
Tareas:


Gathering, analysis and documentation of user requirements;
Development and maintenance of software applications following the standards and
methodologies established by the Contracting Authority and in line with the
established user requirements;

Creation of technical documentation following the standards and methodologies
established by the Contracting Authority;
Creation of prototypes;
Elaboration of test programs;
Participation in the deployment and configuration of the implemented IT
applications;
Participation in meetings with the project teams and user groups;
Assistance with providing training to the administrators and end-users of the
system(s)
Condiciones laborales:


Contrato indefinido, jornada completa.
Salary between 2500€-3500€ gross/month
