First Reading: Acts 1:1-11 The Lord Jesus ascends into a cloud.
Responsorial Psalm: (Psalm 47) “God mounts his throne to shouts of joy: a blare of trumpets for the Lord”
Tel: (340) 777-8273

Second Reading: Ephesians 1:17-23 Christ is the head of the church; where he is we are called to follow.
or Hebrews 9:24-28; 10:19-23 Christ will appear a second time to bring salvation.
Gospel: Luke 24:46-53 As he blessed them, he was taken up to heaven.
At the end of today’s Gospel, we hear that the apostles left the site of Jesus’ ascension with great joy. How could they be so happy at his
departure? They knew that he would be with them from then on in everything they did. As we hear God’s holy word proclaimed today,
let us listen for clues to how we too can be people of joy, continually praising God.

Ascensión de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo a los Cielos
VII Domingo o domingo de la Ascension
Entrada
por la glorificación de Cristo Jesús. Él es el hombre nuevo;

por la glorificación de Cristo Jesús. Él es el hombre nuevo;
