Helping Helping Honduras Kids has many volunteers that visit from all over the world to help educate and teach life skills to their children, work on construction projects, provide medical assistance, or aid in food distribution. HHK also appreciates volunteers that desire to share and teach talents and skills with their children, e.g. computers, athletics, dancing, sewing, carpentry, cooking, gardening, etc. In its Jungle School they appreciate bilingual volunteers that have fluency in Spanish; some teaching experience is also beneficial. Possible side trips at the end of the volunteering stay include the Bay Islands, Copan Ruins, nature walks, rafting along the Cangrejal River, or visiting the Pico Bonito National Park, among other things.
