JUBILEE YEAR OF MERCY

Advent Mass Schedule
Weekends
Every Chrisan seeks to experience a personal encounter with Jesus,
who calls us to follow him and to share his mission. We need to
treasure in our hearts the living memory of that call. Try to revive the
memory of that moment, of those moments, when the eyes of Jesus
met your eyes, and you came to realize that he loves you. Do you
remember the encounter? Have you forgo%en it? Pope Francis has
said, “Mary sustains our journey toward Christmas, for she teaches us
how to live this Advent Season in expectaon of the Lord. For Advent is
indeed a me of waing for the Lord, who will visit us all on the feast of
Christmas, but also, each one, in our own hearts. The merciful Lord is
coming!” Soon, very soon!

Save the Date!!
January 31, 2016
Join us as we read together the essential texts of Church’s understanding of
marriage. Beginning with the study of Scripture, we will move on to read and explore
the writings of several Church fathers, Catholic and Protestant texts from the early
modern period, and then texts from Vatican II as well as contemporary works. The
goal is to familiarize ourselves with the actual writings which form the basis of the
Church’s theology and practice. Cooper Ray combines a highͲenergy, engaging experience that blends
icebreakers, music, and prayerwith a praccal, challenging message.
The Theology Guild meets the
1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month. Cooper is quickly becoming one of today’s more popular and sought
aWer speakers. He is a dynamic and lightͲhearted speaker and
musician who shares his faith with honesty and passion. Through
music, story, humor, and audience parcipaon, Cooper leads people
of all ages to a greater awareness of who they are as Catholic
Chrisans and how to recognize God’s presence in their lives.

MISERCORDIA

Gracias, Madre, mil gracias,
por haber dicho que sí…
Gracias, Madre, mil gracias, Bendita,
pues apacentamos nuestras feas pasiones.
