—-Celebrate the World Day of Peace, January 1. The theme of Pope
Francis' message for the 2016 World Day of Peace, celebrated on Jan. 1,
is "Overcome Indifference and Win Peace." In it, the Holy Father urges us
to replace isolation with community, and indifference with solidarity. He
challenges families, schools, and other institutions to foster awareness and
avenues for response to problems such as intolerance, religious persecution, slavery, war, and the plight of refugees.
Celebre el Día Mundial de la Paz , 1 de Enero. El tema del mensaje de Fr ancisco para el 2016 el Día Mundial de la Paz , que se celebra el 1 de Enero , es "
superar la indiferencia y el triunfo de la paz ." En él, el Santo Padre nos pide para
reemplazar el aislamiento con la comunidad , y la indiferencia con la solidaridad.
Desafía las familias , las escuelas y otras instituciones para fomentar la concienciación y vías de respuesta a
problemas como la intolerancia, la persecución religiosa , la esclavitud , la guerra y la difícil situación de los
refugiados .

Mass of the Holy Innocents will be celebrated on
Monday evening, 28
December 2015 at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic
Church, at 7 pm. We invite all parents, siblings,
aunts, uncles, grandparents, Godparents and friends
of children (of any age) who have died from any
cause, abortion, stillbirth, miscarriage, illness, accident, or suicide to come and celebrate these lives
with us.
During the Liturgy each child will be remembered by
having his/her name recorded in a special Book of
Names and a candle lit in their memory. The Book
will be placed in the Crib with the Infant
Jesus and the candles will remain lit
following the Liturgy. A symbolic giving
back to God who first gave them to

problem-socialization & toe tapping heavily encouraged.

These offerings will be presented by you
as part of our Sunday collection at mass on the first
Sunday of each month. Monetary offerings may be
placed in one of the poor boxes on the columns as
