#1 Erectile Dysfunction (Viagra), Sildenafil And Dapoxetine In India

November 7, 2014
Dear Resident, Business, and/or Property Owner,
Beginning Spring 2015, Denver Public Works will be making several adjustments to metered
parking in the Broadway commercial area. These changes have the potential to impact parking
patterns within the surrounding neighborhoods of Baker and West Washington Park. At the
request of area representatives, as well as Denver City Council Districts 7 and 9, Denver Public
Works has worked with local residential and commercial stakeholders to develop a Parking
Area Management Plan (AMP) to proactively plan for these changes and maintain on-street
parking options for area users. The AMP process works to explore updated parking
management strategies to better support activities in high demand areas where on-street
parking is limited.
The goals of the Baker/Broadway AMP are to:
1. respond to the area’s new growth and vitality
2. maximize the availability of on-street parking
3. create a consistent management strategy
4. customize a new permit type for the area
5. coordinate and enhance enforcement operations
The Baker/Broadway AMP was developed in coordination with the following partners:
• Baker Historic Neighborhood Association, Parking Committee
• West Washington Park Neighborhood Association
• Broadway Merchants Association
• Denver City Council District Offices 7 and 9
Enclosed are a map and summary of the AMP recommendations including on-street parking
and Parking Permit changes that are proposed for implementation in Spring 2015. Additional
information is available at www.denvergov.org/trafficandparking (click on “Traffic Counts and
Parking Studies”).
For questions or comments on the plan recommendations, please email
[email protected], call 720-913-1735, or mail comments to
201 West Colfax Avenue, Dept 508, Denver, CO 80202. The comment period will be open
through November 30, 2014.
We appreciate your review of the information enclosed and your comments on this approach to
maximize our shared on-street parking assets.
Sincerely,
Public Works – Parking Operations
