OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CATHOLIC CHURCH HELOTES, TEXAS O God, who from living and chosen stones prepare an eternal dwelling for your majesty, increase in your church the spirit of grace you have bestowed, so that by new growth your faithful people may build up the heavenly Jerusalem. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. DISCOVER THE CHURCH AS INSTITUTION You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the jaws of death shall not prevail against it. (Matthew 16:18) From the Pastor’s Desk We have begun refurbishing the church pews. We are doing the pews a section at a time. There might be some fresh paint smell in the church. We are also painting the concrete floor when we remove the pews. Soon we will also begin a new small sacristy for the altar servers. That sacristy will be on the hallway towards the restrooms. As you make a left turn on the hall way at the church entrance. Thank you for you patience in these projects at church. God's blessings, Fr. Carlos Congratulations to deacon candidates Carl Rutkowski and Rudy Mendez who received the Ministry of Acolyte on Sat, Nov 1st.
