The sacraments are not denied to anyone, but certain
conditions must be met: 1. Attend a preparation class;
2. Be a Baptized Catholic; 3. Be living according to the
rules of the Catholic Church. Parents must be active
members of the parish with regular participation for at
least 6 months. If the sponsors belong to another parish
or community, they must submit letters of recommendation signed by their pastor stating that they are active
members in good standing of their parish.
Registration for Baptism: Registration and
guidance is available by appointment with one of the
parish priests in the Church office between 9:00 am to 5:00
pm two months in advance of administering the sacrament
of Baptism. A copy of the birth certificate is required at the
time of registration.
The preparation class for parents and godparents
is the first Sunday of each month at 12:30 pm. Baptisms are held the last Sunday of the month at 2:30 pm.
Important: Registration must be completed in the
church office with one of the priests.

OUR CHARITIES FOR 2015
As a community of St. Vincent, we want to use part of
the offertories to share in the followings areas:
SCHOLARSHIP FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS OF
OUR PARISH We want to cr eate a fund of $10,000.00 to
help our young parishioners in their careers. This fund may be
increased through private donations. The private donations will
help us provide help to more students that are out of school.
ASSISTANCE THE YOUTH WITH DRUG ADDICTION
Through a consultation in our parish office to help our young
parishioners and their families to overcome this problem. Our
St. Vincent Church puts available $10,000.00. This fund may
also be increased by your donation.
HELP OUR SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY
The community helps families and people in need in our
parish. The $10,000.00 fund allow us to help more people. This
fund also accepts donations so we can increase our help.
For these three projects, we are seeking “matching funds”.
We are very thankful to those people who want to help in this
project!
CHILDREN’S MASS: Sunday, February 22nd, 11:15am.
All CCD students are required to attend this Mass. Please
arrive at the church by 10:45am. Lectors, greeters, etc.
will sit with their families in the reserved section, row 1-5
facing the baptismal font. Lectors will sit in the first row,
first four seats.
Special note: All students must attend the rehearsal on
Saturday, February 21st, at 9:00 am in the church.
ASH WEDNESDAY: February 18th, classes as usual with a
special Ash Wednesday Liturgy, in the auditorium,
during regular class time.
SECOND CONFIRMATION LITURGY: February 25th in the
church during regular class time (6:15pm to 7:45pm).
Remember that all confirmation liturgies are required!
Immediately following the liturgy, father will hear
confessions. Please arrive on time.

SPECAIL NOTE REGARDING
SATURDAY MORNING CCD CLASSES
In order to prepare the Children’s Choir to sing at the next
Children’s Mass (Sunday, February 22, at 11:15AM),
we ask for your cooperation and your support in allowing
us to add an additional 15 minutes to their class time. In
stead of classes being dismissed at 10:15 AM, they will be
dismissed at 10:30 AM. This will allow the teachers the
necessary time they need for Sacramental preparation and
additional 15 minutes will allow the choir to prepare for
the Mass. Our newly formed Parents Association is working diligently to encourage more participation in our Parish activities. If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so.
Our parents are the greatest! Thank you for your inspiration and your help!

This year’s state conference will be on Saturday, February 28,
8:30am to 5pm, in St. Lucie Church’s Fr. Hickey
Center, 290 S.W. Prima Vista Blvd., Port St. Lucie,
FL 34983. Speakers include Msgr. Tom Skindeleski
(the KofC State Chaplain); Fr. Richard Champigny,

A missão do Terço dos Homens é
resgatar para o seio da Igreja de
Cristo, homens de todas as idades,
pois a presença masculina na Igreja
é imprescindível para a formação da
família e de uma sociedade cristã. O
Terço dos Homens é um exemplo de
fé e devoção. A oração do terço,
além de nos conduzir para a oração, leva-nos a
meditar sobre os principais mistérios da redenção
que Cristo nos oferece. Com a meditação do mistério redentor, também lembramos Maria de Nazaré,
que assumiu a maternidade divina fazendo a vontade
de Deus, dando-nos o Salvador. Este foi o jeito que
o Pai escolheu para nos dar seu único Filho.

Os Sacramentos não são recusados a ninguém,
apenas algumas condições deverão ser preenchidas:
1. Preparação.
2. Ser Católico Batizado.
3. Ter vida em conformidade com as normas da

privadas nos permitirão a ajudar mais jovens sem estudo.

FECHAS IMPORTANTES DEL MES
DE FEBRERO PARA LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL CCD
MISA DE LOS NIÑOS: Domingo, 22 de febrero, 11:15am.
Se require que todos los estudiantes del CCD participe de
esta Misa. Por favor llegue a la iglesia a las 10:45am.
Lectores, recibidores, etc. se sentarán con sus familias en la
sección reservada, fila 1-5 frente a la pila batismal. Los
lectores se sentarán en la primera fila, primeros quatro
asientos.
Nota especial: Todos los estudiantes deben asistir al
ensayo el sábado, 21 de febrero, a las 9:00am, en la
iglesia.
MIÉRCOLES DE CENIZA: 18 de febrero. Las clases como
de costumbre, con una liturgia especial de ceniza, en el
auditorio, durante las horas de clase regular.
SEGUNDA LITURGIA DE CONFIRMACIÓN: 25 de febrero
en la iglesia durante la hora regular de clase (6:15pm 7:45pm). Acuérdense que deben participar a todas las
liturgias de preparación a la confirmación! Inmediatamente
después de la liturgia, el padre estará escuchando
confesiones. Por favor llegue a tiempo.

Nota especial con respecto a las clases de
CCD sábado por la mañana
Con el fin de preparar el coro de los niños para cantar
en la próxima Misa de los niños (domingo, 22 de
febrero, a las 11:15 AM), pedimos su colaboración y
su apoyo en lo que nos permite agregar un adicional
de 15 minutos a su hora de clase. En lugar de despedir
las clases a las 10:15 AM, ellos seran despedidos a las
10:30 AM. Esto permitirá a los profesores el tiempo
necesario que necesitan para la preparación Sacramental, y 15 minutos adicionales permitirán el coro para
prepararse para la misa. Nuestra recién formada
Asociación de padres, está trabajando diligentemente
para alentar más participación en las actividades de
nuestra parroquia. Si aún no se ha registrado, por favor
hazlo tan pronto possible.

AYUDA A LA SOCIEDAD SAN VICENTE DE PAUL
La sociedad ayuda a las familias y personas necesitadas de
nuestra parroquia. El fondo de $10,000.00 permite a ellos
de prestar ayuda a más personas. Este fondo también
recibe donaciones para poder aumentar nuestra ayuda. Para
los tres proyectos estamos buscando “matching funds”.
Estamos bien agradecidos a las personas que quieren
ayudar en este Proyecto.
Los sacramentos no se les niega a ninguna persona, pero
algunas condiciones deben cumplirse: 1. Preparación;
2. Ser Católico Bautizado; 3. Tener la vida de acuerdo con
las reglas de la Iglesia Católica. Los padres deben ser
miembros de la comunidad por participación regular
(Católicos practicantes con al menos seis meses de
participación en la comunidad). Si los padrinos pertenecen
a otra parroquia o comunidad, deben presentar cartas de
recomendación y aprobación de su último párroco.
Registración para Bautismo: Para llenar la registración y
recibir orientación, por favor llamar a la oficina para poner
una cita con uno de los sacerdotes.
Preparación para el Bautismo: El primer miércoles del
mes a las 7:30pm, en DePaul Center.
Celebración del Bautismo: Último domingo del mes,
durante la misa.
Nota: La registración debe ser llenada por uno de los
sacerdotes, por lo menos con dos meses de anticipación.
