PRAYER CORNER. Let us continue to pray for NHS hospital
workers and their patients. Also remember hostages and their
families around the world.
FAMILY MINISTRY PRAYER BASKET is with the Hatten family. We
invite the church to pray for Kirsty Hatten. 'My prayer request is
that I will rediscover God and really experience the depth of
His love over my time in Cambodia and the following
challenging months.' "Because He loves me, says the Lord, " I
will rescue him; I will protect him for he acknowledges my
name. He will call on me and I will answer him; I will be with him
in trouble, I will deliver him and honour him." Psalm 91:14-15
REMINDER. Family Ministry would like to remind all the parents
that Saturday 7 February, Paediatrician Dr. Leo Thanikkel will

BARN DANCE. The great Stanborough barn dance is
returning! Have fun, make new friends and keep fit. Feb
14th 7.30pm, ticket price includes light supper. See Pat,

THANK YOU to all of you who signed my birthday cards
last Sabbath. They are now amongst the collection of

ANGEL VOICES. As I need to be away from Stanborough
for a few weekends, I have decided to postpone the
children's choir rehearsals until after the Easter holidays. I
will confirm the new April start date asap. Joy Bussye.

in the offering plate or hand to Fiona Cooper.

TUESDAY TALKS, 10 FEBRUARY, 8PM. Speaker Pastor Patrick
Boyle – 'Everybody has a right to happiness'. A light Supper will
be served at 7pm.
STEPS TO CHRIST STUDY GROUP will take place Tuesday 10.30
-11.30 in the Maple room, led by Pastor Patrick Boyle. We will
be looking at Chapter 5, Consecration.

WELFARE DEPARTMENT would be grateful for food such as tins of

THE ORCHESTRA will not be playing on Sabbath Feb 7th so the
rehearsal on Friday evening is cancelled .
SENIOR CLUB will meet again on Monday 2 February from
2-4pm. Our guest speaker is Andy Taylor who will be
telling us of the work done the Waterways Chaplaincy
Service. Please come along and give your support to this
important outreach programme of the church.

FIRST READING. The following members have accepted
the Interim Nominating Committee's invitation to serve as
elders for 2015 - Barbara Clee and Ps Paul Tompkins. Next
Sabbath the Church will be asked to vote on this
proposal.
NEW STUDENT VOLUNTEER. This morning we would like to
welcome our new student volunteer, Jared de Bruyn.
Jared hails from South Africa and will be with us until early
January 2016.
