Principle Duties: Attends daily briefings at 08:00 conducted by Billeting Services and Facilities Manager Carries out daily work related to KAIA accommodation facilities under billeting & laundry office supervisors’ guidance Allocated responsibilities refer to removal and allocation of furniture to different KAIA locations, mantling/dismantling/repairing all types of furniture, receiving billeting associated materiel Additional Duties: The incumbent of the post may be required to perform other related duties as directed. Essential Qualifications: Professional/Experience: Proficiency in carpentry skills Education/Training: Knowledge of carpentry trade Language: English: Satisfactory level of written and spoken language skills. Note: The normal working language within the organisation is English. Desirable Qualifications: Professional/Experience: Previous carpentry working experience Education/Training: Qualified carpenter Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to express oneself clearly Well-organized, reliable and methodical Able to work independently as well as a part of the team.
