Use MegaSeal Decorative Systems to add texture and color, improving the aesthetics
of large floor spaces. Options include quartz and flake additives in a variety of color
combinations that can be added directly to our self-leveling coating. Blend colors,
choose a light broadcast or a solid color, or even achieve the rich look of tile or granite.
MegaSeal QTZ 99-840 Series – Quartz additive
Quartz additive provides the perfect decorative look to your surroundings when broadcasted directly into the
self-leveling coating. The finished look is often compared to tile or granite.
MegaSeal FLK 99-841 Series – Flake additive
Flake additive provides the ideal accent to your floors. A light broadcast of a solid or blended color scheme
can really improve the aesthetics of a large floor space.

Walkable in just 24 hours and ready for forklift traffic in 72, this re-coatable epoxy

an attractive and functional finish. Standard and fast-set cures are available.
MegaSeal SL 99-126 Series – 100% solids, two-component self-leveling floor coating
A high performance coating that provides a durable, seamless, high-gloss surface. This recoatable epoxy
system can also be applied with an anti-slip texture or decorative flakes and quartz, resulting in a functional
yet attractive finish. Standard and fast-set cures are available.
MegaSeal SL Tint 99-6650 Series – 100% solids, two-component, tintable self-leveling
floor coating
This extension of the self-leveling product line was specifically designed to allow for tinting in order to match
your customized color needs. This product has the same high performance characteristics of the ready-made
color, self-leveling products.
MegaSeal HDSL 99-120 Series – 100% solids, heavy-duty self-leveling surfacer
This three-component system spreads out smoothly and can deliver a film build up to 150 mils for maximum
concrete protection. This coating is ideal for food and beverage processing, laboratories, water/wastewater
facilities, and heavy industrial warehouses.

TM
Available in a variety of colors, these easy-to-apply coatings can be brushed, rolled,
or sprayed. An extension of our self-leveling product line, they offer high chemical
resistance and a full gloss finish.
MegaSeal HSPC 99-127 Series – 100% solids, low-viscosity epoxy primer
This deep-penetrating epoxy primer seals porous concrete, creating an ideal primed layer that enhances
the adhesion of the self-leveling epoxy, as well as reduces pinholes and bubbling that may occur. This
easy-to-apply primer is recommended for new and weathered concrete.
MegaSeal WBPC 99-128 Series – Clear, water-based epoxy primer
This low-odor primer offers excellent adhesion to acid-etched concrete. It is suitable for thin film applications
where up to four mils can be applied.
MegaSeal CF 99-114 Series – 100% solids epoxy filler
An excellent high-solids epoxy for filling voids, holes, and surface discontinuities up to 1" across. It provides
a smooth surface in a single application.
MegaSeal CR 99-965 Series – Acrylic modified cement
Perfect product to repair deteriorated concrete or to repitch floors for proper drainage. This product can be
used in varying thicknesses and troweled down to a feather edge.

Looking for an attractive finish with excellent color and gloss retention year after year?
Choose our low VOC, high performance urethane topcoats, available in both polyurethane and corrosion-resistant polysiloxane technologies. Both are abrasion, stain and
chalk resistant, and available with an anti-slip finish.
MegaSeal HPU 99-19 Series – High performance urethane
This low VOC polyurethane topcoat can be used to provide an extremely attractive finish with excellent color
and gloss retention year after year. It can be applied over each of the MegaSeal self-leveling products, offering
additional stain and abrasion resistance.
PSX 700 – Engineered polysiloxane topcoat
®
This high-solids, VOC-compliant topcoat is ideal where aesthetics and durability matter. It is virtually impervious
to hot tire pick-up and chemical splashes or spills. It offers an extremely short downtime with six to eight
hours to traffic at 70°F and an indefinite recoat window.
PSX Technology
®
Leveraging technology across PPG’s coatings family, the MegaSeal product line proudly recommends
the revolutionary engineered polysiloxane coating – PSX – as a complementing product. PSX is PPG’s
patented technology that offers the adhesion and corrosion resistance of epoxies and the gloss and
abrasion resistance of polyurethanes.

PPG’s MegaSeal Flooring Systems includes a complete line of anti-slip products
to help reduce the risk of slips and falls. These products are available in one- and
two-component systems and low VOC versions.
SFT 600 Pedestrian Grade
A single-component, water-based acrylic anti-slip. Easy cleanup with water. Weather resistant. Suitable
for many surfaces, including wood, asphalt, metal and concrete.
SFT 610 Barefoot/Recreational Grade
A two-component, water-based epoxy anti-slip for recreation and barefoot traffic areas. Also available as
a single-component, solvent-based epoxy ester, SFT 610S.
SFT 625 Heavy Pedestrian and Light Rolling Grade
A single-component epoxy anti-slip for indoor and outdoor usage. Resists gasoline, oil, acids, alkalies,
many solvents and salt water. Adheres to concrete, metal and wood surfaces. Also available as a singlecomponent, low VOC version, SFT 625V.
SFT 650 Heavy Duty Grade
A two-component epoxy anti-slip with excellent durability. Withstands heavy rolling traffic and heavy impacts.
Resists gasoline, oil, acids, alkalies, grease, solvents, alcohol and salt water. Adheres to concrete, metal and
wood surfaces. Also available as a two-component, low VOC version, SFT 650V.
SFT 675 Zero VOC, Heavy Duty Grade
A two-component, 100% solids epoxy anti-slip with superior durability. Suitable for indoor areas. Withstands
heavy vehicle traffic and heavy impacts. Resists gasoline, oil, acids, alkalies, grease, animal fats, detergents,
