The Invitation of VIP Membership in C&D Hotel, Xiamen
Enjoy the Warm C&D Hospitality!
On behalf of C&D Hotel, Xiamen, we are much honored to invite you to join our VIP
Club. As a member of the VIP Membership Club of C&D Hotel, Xiamen, you are
entitled to the following privileges and benefits subject to the Terms and Conditions
of Membership benefits listed in this membership booklet.
1.
Membership Card: With C&D VIP Card, members will be presented the
accommodation coupons in preferential price, various F&B privileges and
recreation coupons in our new facilities and sections. You can enjoy our warm
hospitality of C&D Brand.
2. Complimentary accommodation coupons: Members can choose one of the
followings:
(1) Three (3) nights complimentary stay at either of three room types as follows:
Superior Room (Rack Rate: RMB1688/Per Night) in the Tianfeng Building,
OR Executive Deluxe Room (Rack Rate: RMB1828/Per Night) in the Haiyu
Building, OR Deluxe Garden Room (Rack Rate: RMB2158/Per Night) in the
Xinyue Building. The complimentary accommodation is subject to the room
availability on arrival date.
(2) One (1) night complimentary stay at Deluxe Garden Suite Room (Rack Rate:
RMB3568/Per Night) in the Xinyue Building. And one (1) night
complimentary stay at Club Room (Rack Rate: RMB2488/Per Night) in the
Haiyu Building.
(3) The special privileges of accommodation coupons: The coupons are accepted
in C&D Hotel, Quanzhou or in C&D Resort, WUYI Mountain. And the
above Superior Room, Deluxe Garden Room or Executive Deluxe Room is
equivalent to Deluxe Room in C&D Hotel, Quanzhou or Deluxe Mountain
View Room in C&D Resort, WUYI Mountain.
Terms and Conditions: Each accommodation coupon includes TWO (2) deluxe
complimentary buffet breakfasts. All of the optional coupons also can be changed into
one coupon of staying in our Japanese villa for one night, up to THREE (3) deluxe
complimentary buffet breakfasts. Accommodation coupon is STRICTLY
NON-TRANSFERABLE and can’t be redeemed into cash. Reservation 48 hours in
advance through The Reservation Center is required and confirmation of the rooms is
subject to the hotel room availability and VIP membership daily room allotment
policy. Not applicable during the CIFIT, National or any public holidays, exhibitions
and the change of tourism market in accordance with the definite situation of the local
city. Please call the VIP Club or reservation department for further information.
3.
Reservation with preferential room rate: During the period of membership
validity, members are entitled to reserve C&D Hotels with preferential room
rates.
(1) Members can enjoy VIP membership preferential room rates in C&D Hotel,
Xiamen.
(2) Members can enjoy corporate preferential room rates in C&D Hotel,
Quanzhou.
(3) Members can enjoy preferential room rates in C&D Resort, Wuyi Mountain
and Dahongpao Resort.
(4) Members can enjoy corporate preferential room rates in C&D Hotel, Fuzhou.
Note: C&D VIP Club reserves the rights to change the price and benefits,
based on CIFIT, public holidays, exhibitions such as Stone, Medicine or Tea
EXPO and the change of tourism market. Room should be reserved 48 hours
in advance and confirmed according to the room availability and VIP
membership daily room allotment policy. When the members make reservation
for other guests, member’s card number is required.

F&B Privileges: When dining in the C&D hotel, Xiamen, please kindly present
your valid membership card to our hotel’s staff, Members can enjoy the benefits
as following.
(1) Member can enjoy 15% discount when dining alone in any a la carte single
restaurant of C&D hotel, Xiamen (food consumption only, not applicable to
special promotions, beverages, cigarettes, service charge, bird’s nest, abalone,
shark fin and Fotiaoqiang ).
(2) One complimentary meal benefit: Member can enjoy one (1) complimentary
meal while dining within 5 guests. The complimentary meal’s fee equals to
the result which is divided by the total party size of the total food
consumption payment (food consumption only, not applicable to service
charge, beverages, cigarettes, bird’s nest, abalone, shark fin, Fotiaoqiang and
promotions ) and children under 1.4 meters height will be counted as one.
That meal’s fee for one person will be taken away from the sum. Six or above
guests dining at a la carte restaurant can enjoy 15% discount on the total
payment(food consumption only, not applicable to service charge, beverages,
cigarettes, bird’s nest, abalone, shark fin, Fotiaoqiang and promotions ).
Note: The benefits above are applicable for breakfast, lunch, dinner and
cafeteria at the following restaurants: King’s Garden Chinese Restaurant, Red
Madame Rouge Western Restaurant, Green Yard Coffee Shop and Haiyu
Coffee Shop.
(3) Members can enjoy 15% discount on the total food consumption payment
(food consumption only, not applicable to service charge, beverages,
cigarettes and promotions) when dining in Japanese Restaurant with a la carte
style.
(4) Members can enjoy 15% discount in Xinyue Lobby Lounge (not applicable
to cigarettes and service charge).
(5) Members can enjoy 12% discount when dining alone in any a la carte single
restaurants of C&D Hotel, Quanzhou, C&D Resort, WUYI Mountain and
C&D Hotel, Fuzhou and 10% discount at Xiamen International Conference
Center Hotel and Xiamen International Seaside Hotel (food consumption
only, not applicable to service charge, beverages, cigarettes, bird’s nest,
abalone, shark fin, Fotiaoqiang and promotions).
Note: Members can only enjoy complimentary meal once and one membership
card is applicable only for per table (including different tables joining together)
and per visit. The benefits cannot be transferred. It’s not allowed to use different
types of privileges at the same time (privileges for single dining, one
complimentary meal benefit, coupons and special discount). The F&B Privileges
are not applicable during special food festivals or other promotions at Christmas,
New Year’s Eve and St. Valentine's Day, etc. Not applicable for C&D Mooncake,
Rice Dumpling and Rice Cake etc. (the above is subject to the hotel notice or the
service’s guide)
5.
Preferential recreation experience: Members in house guests can enjoy all kinds
of recreational discounts and special preferences provided by C&D Hotel. While
members do not stay in hotel, members still can enjoy the following privileges:
(1) Members will be rewarded TEN (10) health experience coupons for choosing
any one of the indoor water-therapy swimming pool, gym, sauna and one
daily hour use of tennis court. Each coupon is only for one person per visit.
(2) Two coupons for Yoga are presented (3 days reservation in advance is
required. Class Time: Summer: 19:30—20:30; Winter: 18:30—19:30 Every
Wednesday).
(3) Additionally, valid VIP cardholder is entitled to enjoy the following benefits
for leisure without frequency limitation. 30% discount on the consumption in
swimming pool, Tennis Court (reservation in advance is required), Gym,
Sauna and Beauty parlor. 15% discount on the consumption at Massage (Not
applicable for service charge). 15% discount on the laundry (Express laundry
excluded).
6.
Extra benefits and privileges:
(1) Member will get 5 room-upgraded coupons. Reservation for Haiyu deluxe
room could be freely upgraded to Xinyue Garden View room and reservation
for Xinyue Garden View room could be freely upgraded to Xinyue Bay View
Garden room. The privilege is only applicable for the room category above
and each room could be freely upgraded only once.
Note: The coupons are not applicable during CIFIT, public holidays and the change
of tourism market. Room should be reserved 48 hours in advance and confirmed
according to the room availability and VIP membership daily room allotment policy.
Not used in conjunction with complimentary room coupons and free upgraded room
coupons privileges.
(2) Two coupons of preferential room rate RMB 999 for one night’s stay at
Tianfeng Superior Suite (TWO (2) deluxe complimentary buffet breakfasts
included and not applicable during CIFIT, National Public Holidays and any
city wide events).
(3) One coupon of 1.5 pounds C&D Birthday Cake (additional charge for
customized cake). OR one coupon of afternoon tea for 2 persons in Lobby
Lounge (applicable in the birthday month).
(4) One coupon of Children’s Paradise in C&D Hotel, Xiamen and two (2)
exclusive Xinyue Garden Golf coupons will be presented to the member
when joining in the VIP Club this year. (Each golf coupon is only for one
hour one person per visit).
(5) One complimentary Xiamen-Taiwan style gift is presented for the new
member of VIP Club this year.
7.
Extra benefits for renewing VIP card:
(1) The member who renews the VIP card is entitled to use the coupons from
previous year. All the previous coupons will be extended for reusing in 12
months from the day renewed the VIP card. Upgraded coupons for rooms and
other coupons in special promotion will not be applicable again.
(2) Additionally, Members will get Two (2) complimentary coupons valuing at
RMB138 each for indoor water-therapy swimming pool OR Three (3) cash
coupons valuing at RMB100 each (Not applicable in Shopping Center,
Japanese Restaurant, beverages and cigarettes) OR Five (5) coupons for
laundry valuing at RMB50 each OR Two (2) complimentary coupons valuing
at RMB 298 each for deluxe buffet dinner in Green Yard Coffee Shop. Each
coupon is only for one person per visit.
8.
Terms and conditions of C&D reward points
(1) Members should offer the VIP card number when you reserve rooms or Food
& Beverages in our hotel during the period of membership validity.
Additional, members should present the VIP card in order to get the C&D
reward points (Applicable in C&D Hotel, Xiamen ONLY).
(2) RMB 1 of accommodation consumption will be recorded as One (1) point.
RMB 3 of Food & Beverages will be recorded as One (1) point.
(3) When members’ VIP card becomes overdue, the C&D reward points can be
calculated to the renewed VIP card and used in the next year .The C&D
reward points will be DELETED if the due members’ VIP card is not
renewed within 6 months.
(4) The C&D reward points are not applicable in any occasions such as sales
meetings, banquets, wedding and celebrating party in group and so on. It is
also not applicable when rooms and F&B are reserved through a travel
agency, membership agency and group agency.
(5) The C&D reward points cannot be transferred.
(6) The C&D reward points are not applicable when the bill is paid by reward
points.
(7) Member should present the VIP card within the period of the membership
validity to get the corresponding rewards with the C&D rewards points at
guest service center or F&B business outlet. And the corresponding C&D
reward points will be taken off.

Remarks: More privileges programs are available in seasons. C&D Hotel, Xiamen
reserves all rights to amend or change the above benefits of Reward Points without
prior notice. The privileges are subject to the terms and conditions of use.
9.
Terms and Conditions or Restrictions on VIP card and coupons:
(1) Cardholder reads and accepts all of the VIP membership’s manual before
buying the VIP card. Card and coupons are exclusive for the named
cardholder only. The privilege of the membership cannot be simultaneously
used together with the special preferential offers or any other promotions.
The membership is not applicable in any occasions such as sales promotion,
meetings, banquets, wedding, celebrating party and room service. It is also
not applicable when rooms and F&B are reserved through a travel agency,
membership agency and group agency.
(2) The member privilege will not be applicable if the restaurant consumption
were in accordance with the standard menu required by cardholder.
(3) For the buffet meal, if cardholder needs to set up dining tables separately or
ask for an exclusive place for dining, the member’s privilege would not be
applicable.
(4) Not used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion privileges.
10. VIP card’s lost: If the VIP card has been lost or stolen, please inform VIP club.
Members should fill in a new application form to get another new card and pay
RMB50 for service charge. The new card has its new number, and the validity
period is the same as the old one. At the same time, the old card’s preferences or
coupons will not be reissued. After the validity date, the coupons will be
automatically aborted and cannot be used again.
11. Membership Cancellation: Members can withdraw VIP card in five days after
receiving the card and not yet using it, but a written application for cancellation is
required. The complete member properties (including VIP brochure, kinds of
coupons and membership card) and the relevant invoice should be returned. If the
above-mentioned condition is not fulfilled, your claim for the refund will not be
accepted.
12. Special permission: Being a member of VIP club of C&D Hotel, Xiamen means
that you agree with the hotel VIP club and its subordinates to keep & update your
personal data in confidential, and agree to receive the mobile messages relevant
hotel materials by mail.
13. VIP card of explanation: Please read the benefits and terms and conditions before
buying the VIP card. It means that the member had accepted all above mentioned
when you get the VIP card. And C&D Hotel, Xiamen reserves all rights to amend,
delete or change the benefits and terms and conditions in this membership at any
time without prior notice. Membership card can only be used for the nominated
member. Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment.
Member should show valid VIP card before enjoying the preference. Membership
VIP card and all coupons do not carry any cash value. And the membership card is
not valid for any credit privileges.
