With increased demand for intelligent and
energy efficient climate control systems, more
and more HVAC installations deploy
VAV/VAQ terminals that allow temperature
regulation in such centralised air conditioning
systems.
However, installation of these VAV terminals
with thermostats and sensors in the occupied
spaces present challenges of their own.
Extensive wiring needs to be done to connect
the VAV/VAQ terminals with their respective
thermostats and sensors.
Integration of this system with BMS becomes

is done above the ceiling, usually with limited
