ADULT PSYCHIATRIST: Successful candidates for this full-time position will work collaboratively
with a comprehensive, interdisciplinary staff, including; therapists, case managers, recovery specialists, nursing staff, and primary care providers. Experience with and interest in providing psychiatric services to adolescents is highly valued but not required. AZ licensed or license-eligible

AP/PURCHASING CLERK: Process weekly vendor payments, purchase supplies, prepare bank
deposits, and perform various other clerical support activities for the accounting department. This
position requires a great deal of flexibility, the ability to work well in a team environment, and
excellent communication and organizational skills. Individual must have excellent computer skills
and prior accounts payable experience.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WORKERS: Under professional supervision, accepts life skills educational
assignments, participates in client staffings, develops and implements living skills training assignments according to frequency and intensity determined on the current treatment plan, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum req’d: High School
degree/GED and 6 weeks behavioral health work experience.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Seeking a Chief Financial Officer with the ability to think strategically as well as work hands-on within the finance department. The CFO is responsible for the preparation of the budget, financial statement analysis, cash management, developing and maintaining
internal controls and finance related policies and procedures, reporting to governmental agencies
(990, W-2, etc.), contract compliance, investment portfolio management, and oversight of all accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, and medical claims. The CFO is responsible
for keeping the CEO and the Spectrum board of directors apprised of finance related matters and
is a key member of the Spectrum senior management team. Minimum qualifications include a
bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, at least 5 years experience in both healthcare finance/
accounting and strategic roles, active CPA license, knowledge of general rules and regulations governing not-for-profit and government funding programs, 1 year supervisory experience, and ability to work independently. Must be proficient in Excel and accounting software systems. Proficiency working with Great Plains Dynamics is preferred.

Assists in advocacy of client needs and rights. Provides living skills training, participates
in client consultations. Assists in development and implementation of Behavioral Health
Service Plans, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, and
maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them. Minimum required:
High school diploma or GED. Must have completed WRAP and Peer Employment Training or complete both when next training is provided. Be a recipient of mental health
services as defined by ADBHS.
CHILDREN’S CLINICAL SUPERVISOR: Assists in planning and managing child and family programs and services and is responsible for clinical supervision of staff and monitoring key performance indicators. The Children’s Clinical Supervisor is responsible for
submission of required program reports and program compliance. Required: Master’s
degree in a behavioral health field and licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health
Examiners or license eligible. 3 years experience working with children in behavioral
health. Preferred: In-home and community based work experience, bilingual in Spanish.

Our CMA’s work closely with physicians and physician assistants to ensure we meet or exceed our expectations to deliver high quality patient care. In addition to preparing and rooming patients, MA’s assist with
procedures and surgery including shave and punch biopsies, excisions and MOHS. Responsible for preparing, ordering and tracking patient pathology and other labs, patient calls, surgery preparation and general
dermatology assistance.
Position requirements include:
• Outstanding communications and customer service skills.
• Front office and phone skills.
• Strong teamwork including team members working at other locations.
• Position may include some travel to other locations if needed and for training.
• Maintain patient and business confidentiality and uphold HIPAA requirements.
• Strong computer skills including use of browser based EHR and PM systems.
• Ability to type and prepare accurate patient charts for providers.
• EMR/PM experience desirable. Practice uses Advanced MD and EMA Dermatology.
• Medical documentation and coding experience desirable.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
