 CRSC 2-day Weight Pull

Saturday, March 28th weigh-in from 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. – estimated start time of 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 29th weigh in from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – estimated start time of 9:15 a.m.
Two weight pull competitions under GSMDCA rules. They will take place under cover in a barn
– they will be on a wheeled cart on carpet over concrete. Kim Woollard will be our judge.
The fees to enter your dog(s) each day in the weight pull competitions are as follows:
 $20/dog per pull for pre-entry – pre-entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday,
March 20th, 2015
 $25/dog per pull for same day entries – same day entries will be taken up until
weigh-in time each day
 We will have dinner on-site during the Saturday pull – cost is $5/person for dinner
(pizza & salad) – Sunday breakfast will be provided free of charge. Nonalcoholic drinks provided.
It is greatly appreciated if you pre-enter your dog(s). However, we will accept entries the
day of the pulls.
Trophies will be awarded to the dogs who achieve
 Most Weight Pulled & Most Weight Pulled Per Body Pound
Dogs pulling 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place in their respective weight classes will receive a ribbon.
Weight classes are as follows:
•Under 90 pounds
•90 to 109 pounds
•110 to 129 pounds
•130 and over pounds
Crooked River Weight Pull Entry Form
Pre-Entries Close: Friday, March 20th 2015 at 5:00 PM at the Entry Coordinator’s address after which
time entries cannot be Accepted, Cancelled, or Substituted except as provided in Chapter 11, Section 6,
of the Dog Show Rules. Pre-registration for the Weight Pulls is encouraged, but not mandatory. A
separate Entry Form needs to be completed for each dog entered. The dog’s registered name should
include any titles earned. Mail the Entry Form(s) plus your check or money order (payable to: Crooked

Mountain Dog Club of America in effect at the time of this event. I certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to
persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and agreement. I agree to hold this
club, its members, employees, of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss of injury which may be alleged to
have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the show or obedience trial
premises or grounds or near any entrances thereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim, and I
further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss,

by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. I hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to
indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the
liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time
resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising
out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this show or obedience trial, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to
property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by
negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons.
