The Bermagui Seaside Fair is held in Dickinson Park, Lamont Street, in the centre of Bermagui on the
far south coast of NSW. There are over 100 stall sites available offering market stallholders the
opportunity to showcase their goods and services to residents of the area and visitors to the Sapphire
Coast. The focus is on quality products, cultural activities and local services available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STALLHOLDERS
♦ In its absolute discretion the Bermagui Seaside Fair committee retains the right to accept or decline stall
applications and the type of products and/or foodstuffs offered by stallholders.
♦ Applications cannot be confirmed until receipt of completed application form, payment, public liability
insurance certificate of currency and, if applicable, food notification notice. INSURANCE DOCUMENT MUST
SHOW PERIOD OF INSURANCE AND AMOUNT OF PUBLIC LIABILITY COVER.
♦ Public liability insurance and safe food handling requirements are the responsibility of the stallholder.
♦ Stallholders selling food and general beverages are required to register with the NSW Food Authority and
include a Food Business Notification form with their application – go to www.foodnotify.nsw.gov.au and click
on Notify a food business.
♦ Power facilities are limited. If it can be provided, stallholders’ power leads must have a current tag affixed
verifying that leads have been tested by a licensed electrician.
♦ Stall furniture, equipment, marquee guy ropes, vehicles (if part of the stall), etc must not extend outside the
stall site area.
♦ Access to stall sites is from 7.00am on the day – earlier access is not possible. Stalls must be set up and
vehicles removed by 9.45am. Pack up is preferred from 4.30pm onwards.
♦ Stallholders must dispose of waste material in the skip bin provided – please do not use the green waste
bins on the oval or in Dickinson Park.
♦ Stall fees are not refundable in the event of inclement weather conditions or no show by stallholder.
♦ Stall position requests will be noted but are not guaranteed.
