sets new standards for the
drilling properties of bits.

HSS Twist Drill Bits - Imperial
• High speed steel.
•Made to ANSI standard B94-11.
•Point angle: 135o.
•Split point.
Description:
The drills are black finish. This finish is achieved by steam tempering, a thermal process resulting in a porous tool coating. This surface helps to keep
lubricant on the tool, particularly important on the cutting edges, thus reducing friction and cold welding. The result is increased tool life. Black finish
tools are generally recommended for ferrous applications where the oxide
layer aids chip flow and heat dissipation.
The drills are made from M2 grade High Speed Steel. The point angle of
the drills is 135o. This point angle allows more effective drilling of harder
materials, especially in deep hole applications. They are split pointed,
which are self centering and require less thrust than conventionally pointed
drills.

REPLAST EASY FAST & EASY
REPAIR OF
PLASTIC PARTS
Easy to follow steps:
1.Spray Wurth Plastic Cleaner on surface to be
repaired.
2.Sand down the front and rear of this area using
sandpaper.
3.Apply a thin layer of Wurth Plastic Primer and
allow to air for 2 minutes.
4.Cut the Wurth self-adhesive Reinforcement Tape
to the size of the repair.
5.Use the Replast Easy Plastic Adhesive with the
Positive Mixer on the Wurth Reinforcement Tape
and apply to the area.
6.The Wurth Contour Film, when applied over the
area, with smooth it out, or if placed behind the
area to be repaired with keep the adhesive from
oozing through.
7.After the Replast Easy Plastic Adhesive has
hardened, sand the surface with Wurth
sandpaper.
