Mandatory walkthrough scheduled for January 15,2015at 9:00 AM
All vendors interested in placing a bid will need to contact Mike Sapia by email at [email protected]
prior to January 15,2015 for specifics on the meeting location.
Bids will only be accepted by vendors attending the walkthrough. Requests for additional information
after the scheduled walkthrough must be submitted in writing. Questions and answers will be added to
this RFP for all vendors to see.
All bids must be in my office no later than 4:00 PM on February 17, 2015.
All network cabling will be CAT6 Non-plenum.
LISD will require a list of Assumptions along with your bid.
All network electronics must be Cisco compatible.

Run wireless survey and upgrade wireless to 802.11N
Upgrade switches to 10/100/1000 POE as needed
Levelland High School


Upgrade switches to 10/100/1000 POE as needed
R&R network cabling as needed. Total drop count will be discussed during the walkthrough.
Levelland Intermediate School



Run wireless survey and upgrade wireless to 802.11N
Upgrade switches to 10/100/1000 POE as needed
R&R network cabling as needed to reduce number of IDF’s where possible. Total drop count will
be discussed during the walkthrough.
Addendum 1
All drops must be tested and documentation provided upon project completion.
A list of deliverables must be included upon completion of each project.
6 strand multi-mode fiber between all network closets.

Total drop count – 120 to accommodate wireless AP’s and additions as needed when a plan for
the campus is made.
