At Fitness Fiesta® you decide how
active you wish your weekend to be. To
help you we have included descriptions
of all the sessions and highlighted some
for their intensity, freestyle
choreography or easy to follow
workouts. You can choose the classes
suitable for your fitness level.

ARRIVAL ON FRIDAY
ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms will be available from 3.00pm on
Friday. When you arrive at the Hilton Birmingham
Metropole Hotel you will need to check in at the
hotel reception to collect your room keys.
TICKETS & INFORMATION
Once you have checked in your group leader can
collect the group’s information packs from the
Fitness Fiesta registration desk.
PLEASE ENSURE EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY
HAS REGISTERED ONLINE FOR CLASSES &
TREATMENTS.
FRIDAY & SUNDAY CLASSES
You do not need to register in advance for
sessions on Friday or Sunday as no tickets are
required for any of the sessions.
SATURDAY CLASSES
Tickets are required for some sessions on
Saturday.
You may register in advance for two ticketed
sessions but you are strongly recommended to
give four choices in case some are fully booked
by the time we receive your registration forms.
Tickets are not required on Saturday for any of
the classes in the non ticketed room.
There will also be extra tickets available at the
event for any sessions that are not full after
registration on Friday evening & Saturday
Morning. The registration desk will be open until
6pm on Friday then reopen at 7.45am on
Saturday
SUNDAY DEPARTURE
Bedrooms are to be vacated by 12pm on
Sunday.
There may be availability for a later check out
on some rooms. Please check with the hotel
reception on arrival (there will be a charge for
this service).
Alternatively you can use the leisure club to
shower and change and the hotel can store
your luggage for you whilst you are
enjoying the rest of the sessions.

LUNCH
A Buffet Lunch is available to purchase on
Saturday. This needs to be pre-booked & you will
be sent a link to do this. There is also a Costa
Coffee shop serving drinks & snacks.
EVENING MEAL
There will be a buffet style evening meal on
Friday & Saturday. You will be seated with the
rest of your party and there will be a table plan in
place.
If you wish to be linked to another party please
put in the comments box the group leader name
and their booking reference when you register for
classes.
Please note only food & drink bought on the
premises may be consumed in the hotel’s
public areas.
MASSAGE & HOLISTIC
TREATMENTS
Book your treatments in advance so your
weekend is stress free. Simply book online when
you make your class choices.

SHOPPING
Step N Pump & Spinning® will be selling
dancewear, fitness wear & footwear throughout
the weekend.
SWIMMING POOL
You may use the pool & hotel leisure facilities at
anytime. Please note the gym is not staffed so
please make sure you are experienced &
competent to use the equipment. There will be a
limit to the number of people using the pool.
Hilton Birmingham Metropole is situated next to the
NEC, Genting Arena, Birmingham International Train
Station & Birmingham International airport.
BY CAR
You are travelling towards Birmingham & The
NEC.
Travel on the M42 & exit at junction 6. At the
roundabout follow signs for the NEC onto East
Way. At the roundabout take the second exit onto
Pendigo Way. At the next roundabout take the 1st
exit onto Harbet Drive & you have arrived at the
Hotel.
There is on site parking & over flow car parks.
Take a ticket on entry to the car park & when you
collect your registration information at the Fitness
Fiesta desk you can then exchange it for an exit
ticket which will give you complimentary parking.
BY TRAIN
Travel to Birmingham International Train Station.
Guests may use the free telephone to arrange a
collection by the hotel courtesy bus. The bus stop
is Bus Stop C and located next to the taxi rank in
the Bus Depot. The journey takes approximately 5
minutes and runs every 30 minutes. Alternatively it
is a 10 minute walk.
BY PLANE
Guests traveling by air should use the free
telephone at the airport meeting point (signposted
with the Hilton Logo) then take
the Monorail to Birmingham
International Station where
the hotel courtesy bus
will collect you.
