I have also enclosed directions to Broadland District Council offices. Please note that the programme is subject to change. Updated versions may be produced as the arrangements for the hearings proceed. They will be sent to all participants in the hearings and posted on the Examination webpage. It is the responsibility of participants to check the latest updates regularly to ensure that they are able to attend at the scheduled time. If you wish to attend and speak at any session(s) other than those against which your name is shown, please contact me as soon as possible. The Inspector will consider all such requests, but she can only accommodate those whose original representation on the published Development Management Document is relevant to the matter in question. The Inspector’s Matters, Issues and Questions These are the topics that the Inspector has identified for further discussion at the hearing sessions. Any changes will be advised on the Examination webpage. Oral and written representations carry equal weight, and there is no need for participants to submit an additional hearing statement if they are content that their original representations adequately cover the issues and questions they are concerned about. If participants do wish to produce written hearing statements to supplement their original representations, they should be based on the Inspector’s issues and questions for the matter(s) they are attending, and they must be submitted to me by Friday 16 January. Queries Please contact me if you have any queries about the hearing sessions or the Examination generally.
