All Vitality members 18 years and older who activate the HealtyCare benefit and are Clicks ClubCard members qualify for an initial up to 10% cash back on HealthyCare products. As a Vitality member you can increase your cash back up to 25% if you and your spouse (if applicable) find out your Vitality Age and complete a Vitality Health Check at any Clinic. You need to complete both assessments every 12 months to keep your cash back at up to 25%. All KeyFIT members 18 years and older who activate the HealthyCare benefit qualify for an up to 10% cash back on HealthyCare products. As a KeyFIT member, you can increase your cash back to up to 15% if you and your spouse (if applicable) do a Vitality Health Check. You can do so at any Clicks Clinic.
