To obtain a Host to bring to the Homebound/Hospital/Nursing Home you must:
1. Approach the Tabernacle with your Pyx, AFTER Communion and BEFORE the Tabernacle
doors are closed. You will receive the Host leave the Church immediately and
proceed directly to your destination - do not take home, shopping etc.
2. During the week, if you are bringing Communion later in the day you must go to the Parish
Office, sign in, get the key to the Tabernacle, pick up your Host, return the key and proceed
directly to your destination - do not take home, shopping etc.
3. If for some reason the person does not consume the Host, it must be returned to the Rectory.
