Important Information About Estatements

Important Information about E-statements
Cross County will soon have a new and improved e-statement portal which will provide you
with a .pdf image of your account statement(s) and gives you control over your statement
delivery. You can select to receive an e-statement, printed statement, or both and change this
at any time you choose.
The new e-statement portal will be available starting on March 1, 2015. E-statements will still
be accessed by logging into Online Banking and clicking on the Additional Services tab. A new
e-statement link has been added to that tab. Click on the link to be taken to your e-statement.
Once on the e-statement portal you will be prompted to read and accept a new e-statement
disclosure. After you read it, you will be asked to enter a Confirmation Code to confirm that
you accept the new terms and conditions of e-statements. The Confirmation Code is located on
the example e-statement that must be opened in order to proceed with signing up for estatements.
After you read and accept the e-statement disclosure, you will have to re-enroll each account to
view your e-statements. On-screen instructions will make this enrollment process quick and
easy. Once selecting which accounts you would like to have as e-statements or paper
statements, move forward onto the next screen by clicking the “next” button. The following
screen is a confirmation page of the previous screen of your selections. Once you confirm your
statement selections, click “enroll” and you will be set up for e-statement delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope you like the new e-statement format.
If you have any questions, or need assistance, please contact the Online Banking Department at

Thank you.
