NARRATIVE
On January 31, 2015 at 1025 hours, I (Officer LOWE) was assigned to Uniform Patrol in a marked patrol vehicle (13-335). I
responded to 9046 Riverbend Manor reference a drowning. The incident location was secured and the scene protected for CID
investigators.
