information system in early 2015.

when you log into My Account. This new number
will not be available until the system is launched in
early 2015.

you pay your Pepco bill using your bank’s online
bill pay service, we encourage you to update your
payment information with your new account number
once it is available.

you’re currently enrolled in an automatic payment
program, your account number will automatically
update in our database. You will not need to update
your Pepco account manually.
n W
e
encourage you to use your new account number,
though your old account number will work for outage
reporting, bill payment and account access if necessary.
