J1- LANE ROPE HELPHELP Please can I ask some junior 1 parents to help
with putting in the lane ropes on Monday and Tuesday evening sessions. It is
not safe for younger swimmers to be involved in this.

JD;AP- Warwickshire countiescounties- Attached are the names of swimmers who
Darren has identified as selected to enter the counties, based on qualifying
times achieved. We need entry forms back this week please. We also need
forms back from Carl’s swimmers who have had a separate email about the
events they have qualified for.

J1;AP;JD;JS- Harborne Friday session. Can I remind swimmers NOT to
leave belongings in the cubicles- please use the lockers provided (Refundable
£1) or take clothes in a bag to poolside. Also If anyone accidentally took
home some boots + glasses on Friday can they let me know please.

J1;JS;AC- Stourbridge Open Meet. This meet takes place on May 17 .

The following swimmers have been selected to represent Orion at the
County Championships in Coventry on either 7th, 14th, 21st March.
These swimmers have either achieved the qualification time or show
potential to meet the qualifying times at the coaches discretion.
I have attached three files detailing which swims the children would
be eligible for. There is no requirement of swimmers attending all
three Saturdays. However, it will contribute towards top performing
swimmer.
Competing at these championships is a real honour, as the swimmers
will get to race some of the fastest swimmers in the region with
medals up for grabs, making it close to the qualifying times
standard is an achievement in itself.
Could relay selections please let me know if they are not able to
attend for those sessions.
Responses would be preferred by this Sunday, 1st February.
