HOTEL CHECK-IN
Upon arrival at the Golden Nugget, please immediately
proceed to the Main Lobby Front Desk for hotel check-in.
Normal hotel check-in is at 3:00p.m. Should you arrive
earlier than 3:00p.m., you may be required to store
your luggage until your room is available.
Note that your credit card will be needed at check-in, as
all incidentals will be charged to your personal account.

Conference Center in Carson Tower for conference
registration. If arrival is delayed, contact Heather

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
CONSUMPTION
Remember to be careful not to over-consume during our
conference. We have a full agenda, so we want you to
be sharp for all planned activities.
We want you to enjoy yourselves at our conference;
however, no alcoholic beverages are to be consumed
(free or paid for) prior to the Company-sponsored
Cocktail Hour. Drinking is not allowed during the day
or before a scheduled meeting.
NO SMOKING
Our conference is a non-smoking conference. Smoking is
only allowed in designated smoking areas on the property.
HOTEL CHARGES/ EXPENSES
Business expense reports will not be accepted for
conference charges, including any baggage fees
or parking expenses that you may incur. All
incidentals, such as long-distance telephone calls, in-room
movies, room service, in-room refreshment center items, etc.,
will automatically be charged to your personal credit card.
NAME BADGE
You will be given a name badge at registration. You are
required to wear it throughout the conference. Should you
misplace your badge, go to the registration desk for a
replacement. Please be sure to check the back
of your badge for Tuesday lunch, Wednesday
Break Out session room assignments and
Award Dinner table assignments.
IN-ROOM VIDEO CHECKOUT
You have the option of checking out of the hotel via
in-room video checkout should you wish to do so.

While at the conference, we strongly encourage you to
stay on property. We have your every need covered!
DINE: Grotto, Vic & Anthony’s, Chart House, Claim
Jumper, Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, Lillie’s
Asian Cuisine, Red Sushi, The Buffet and The Grille will all
be open during the conference.
PLAY: All employees, except Landry’s and Golden
Nugget executive officers, are allowed to gamble at the
Golden Nugget. Please be mindful of your spending and
behavior.

Monday, Lingerie Contest 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, doors
