Due to the popularity of courses/talks, places cannot be held without prior payment. MEMBERSHIP: Membership is required in order to enrol in the courses outlined in our Term program unless otherwise stated. You can choose to pay membership on an annual basis in (Term One only) or pay term by term. MEMBERSHIP FEE: ANNUAL: $40 regular $30 concession TERM: $15 regular $10 concession ‘Concession’ means Centrelink Health Care Card or Seniors Card holders, who need to show card as proof. If you withdraw from a course prior to the start of term you may be given a credit to be used in the following 12 months. If withdrawing after the term has started it may not be possible to issue a credit or to refund fees. FULL Refunds or Credits will only be given where classes have been cancelled by the Centre and any payment will be issued by cheque regardless of how the original payment was made. Membership is non-refundable. If a refund or credit is sought for cancellation by a member due to exceptional circumstances the matter will be referred to the Executive Committee for consideration.
