Booth spaces must be kept neat, operations and business conducted in a professional manner not interfering with other dealers’ or customers’ quiet enjoyment of the show. All customer service, chairs, “sold” merchandise must remain within your booth space. Place your chair within your booth. Arrangements can be made for a pick-up area for your “sold” merchandise. Show management reserves the right to request that any “Undesirable” merchandise be removed from booths, at any time. Customers appreciate having all items marked with the purchase price. No “Sale” signage or handmade signage will be posted by any dealer, at anytime, during the event. This is not a flea market. All tables must be uncovered and areas fully staffed during all hours of the Show. The Steiger Productions/Maquette, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items, accidents, water, or fire. Steiger Productions/Maquette, Inc. its agents, officers or employees shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Dealer, its agents or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the premises, regardless of how much injury or damage may have occurred. Dealer waives any claim against Steiger Productions/Maquette, Inc. and assumes all liability for loss or damage to Dealer’s property entrusted to the premises. Dealer shall hold Steiger Productions/Maquette, Inc. harmless and shall indemnify Steiger Productions/Maquette, Inc. against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney’s fees. Dealer’s use of help, to assist in unloading and loading, is at Dealer’s own risk, and Steiger Productions/Maquette, Inc. shall not be liable for any resulting damage, loss, injury or claim. All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with retail sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances.
