It is our pleasure to have you as a guest and treat you
to an authentic Argentine experience here at Tierra del
Fuego TX. Named after the country’s southernmost province whose name translates to “land of fire”,
Home to over 40 million people, Argentina is the 8th
largest country in the world and its capital Buenos
Aires is America’s 5th most populated city. A cosmopolite
country populated by descendants of Italian, Spanish
and German immigrants, Argentina is distinguished by
its heritage which has forged one of America’s richest
cultures. A culture of passion.
True to Argentine tradition, our carefully selected fine
meats are seasoned with nothing but coarse sea salt
and cooked to perfection over charcoal and wood by our
master grill craftsmen either on our “parrilla” (grill) or
our authentic “asador” (open fire pit).
Passion for tradition as passed on from one generation
of “Gaucho” to another. Passion for expression as
played by Astor Piazzola’s bandoneon or painted by
Raul Soldi’s brush. Passion for victory as shown by Diego
Maradona, Lionel Messi or Manu Ginobili on a field or
court. Passion for service as lived by Pope Francis I. Passion
for romance and sensuality as can be seen and heard
in the Argentine tango. Passion for perfection as can be
tasted in a glass of Malbec or a fresh off the grill “asado”.

Try our hand-made “empanadas”, our fresh-made pastas or any of our juicy and tender meat cuts paired with
an exquisite glass of Malbec wine, while you listen to the
soulful sound of tango in a unique environment which

The Argentine “asado” is about fresh ingredients slow-cooked for over four hours in an open fire pit
known as “Asador Criollo”. The process seals in the meat’s natural juices, making it particularly
tender, and adds a distinct, slightly smoked flavor thanks to the burning of the wood.
