Foods 10 Foods and Nutrition 10 is a fun and social way to learn the basics of cooking, nutrition, and consumer education. Students make a tremendous variety of foods from scrambled eggs, to sushi, to homemade pierogis, Japanese yakisoba, and frozen mocha cheesecake. We typically cook 2-3 times per week. Students also practice many consumer education skills like how to read, understand, and compare nutrition labels, how to decipher food advertising messages, and how to plan budget friendly meals.
