¿POR QUÉ MEDELLÍN?

que contribuyen a su belleza natural, cirugía plástica y otras estrategias de rejuvenecimiento. Lo anterior mencionado son
recursos comunes para las mujeres de Medellín para alcanzar sus altos niveles de belleza.
Educar a una nueva generación hacia la medicina del futuro en el Anti-envejecimiento y Medicina Estética
La demanda mundial de pacientes por el bienestar general empleando la estética y las estrategias de antienvejecimiento,
se ha incrementado durante los últimos 20 años y seguirá aumentando de forma exponencial durante la próxima década.
El mayor desafío que enfrentan hoy los médicos es estar al día con los rápidos avances en los procedimientos médicos
recientes y las tecnologías en estos campos de la medicina. Por tanto, existe un interés real para los médicos internacionales
y regionales en el campo de intercambiar sus conocimientos con el fin de entregar las prácticas efectivas y seguras.
Por otra parte, el Congreso Mundial de Medicina Estética y de Antienvejecimiento en América Latina (AMWC-LA)
ofrecerá a la próxima generación de médicos una especial bienvenida para obtener un beneficio de la educación y la
formación, proporcionándoles para desarrollar aún más, la posibilidad de avanzar y mejorar los estándares de atención
para los pacientes sometidos a estos procedimientos.
Bajo la dirección de directores científicos colombianos de prestigio y los auspicios de la Sociedad Mundial de Medicina
Antienvejecimiento Interdisciplinario (WOSIAM), El primer AMWC-LA (2014) tiene la ambición de ser un hito importante
para la comunidad médica y de la salud de América Latina en los campos relacionados.
El congreso también se enfatizará en los residentes y los médicos jóvenes deseosos de conocer las últimas investigaciones y
descubrir las últimas tecnologías en este campo de los expertos médicos. También servirá como una importante plataforma
para la industria internacional para exhibir y para reunirse con los médicos.

Como presidente del Congreso, es para mí un gran privilegio invitarles a participar del AMWC - 1er Congreso
Mundial de Medicina Estética & Antienvejecimiento – América Latina, el cual tendrá lugar el 28 y 29 de
noviembre de 2014, en Medellín, Colombia.
Este congreso es organizado en cooperación con el Consejo Científico Internacional del AMWC Mónaco,
el evento internacional más grande en el campo del antienvejecimiento. En este marco ofreceremos un
programa excepcional en línea con nuestro compromiso con la innovación, la experiencia y la excelencia,
compartiendo una riqueza de experiencias, así como habilidades de enseñanza.
El Comité Científico de AMWC América Latina ha diseñado un gran y extenso programa con profesores
internacionales, lo cual posibilitará mantenerse al día con la práctica mundial y contribuirá al mejoramiento
de los conocimientos de todos los profesionales.
En la constante búsqueda del desarrollo de la medicina preventiva y del antienvejecimiento, AMWC América
Latina 2014, propondrá numerosas sesiones avanzadas tanto académicas como clínicas, con conferencias
presentadas por expertos destacados en el campo, centros de investigación y universidades. Los participantes
tendrán la oportunidad de conocer laboratorios médicos y fabricantes de la industria durante los coffee
breaks y almuerzos ofrecidos en el hotel sede, en una gran exposición donde las compañías líderes de
estética y antienvejecimiento presentarán sus productos y servicios.

las bases técnicas del rejuvenecimiento de la piel y de los tejidos blandos y del embellecimiento por
procedimientos no invasivos y mínimamente invasivos como la toxina botulínica, rellenos sintéticos,
injertos de grasa, plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP) e hilos. Vídeos de disecciones anatómicas, conferencias
prácticas y demostraciones en vivo serán hechas por los mejores expertos.
Para esta primera edición serán abordados, la cara, los senos, los glúteos y el torax.

Este curso interactivo y práctico de un día tiene el objetivo de dar al público las bases anatómicas y las bases técnicas del
rejuvenecimiento de la piel y de los tejidos blandos y del embellecimiento por procedimientos no invasivos y mínimamente
invasivos como la toxina botulínica, rellenos sintéticos, injertos de grasa, plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP) e hilos. Vídeos de
disecciones anatómicas, conferencias prácticas y demostraciones en vivo serán hechas por los mejores expertos.
Para esta primera edición serán abordados, la cara y también los senos, glúteos y el torax.
This one-day interactive and practical course has the goal to give to the audience the anatomical and technical basis of skin & soft-tissue
rejuvenation and beautification by non invasive and minimally invasive procedures as botulinum toxin, synthetic fillers, fat grafting, PRP
& threads. Anatomy dissection videos, practical lectures and live demos will be done by experts.
For this 1st edition, Face but also breast, chest & buttock will be adressed.

Para los visitantes técnicos, si la nacionalidad del extranjero NO requiere visa, deberá
presentar carta o certificación que indique la que viene a desarrollar, la cual debe estar
contemplada en una actividad establecida en la categoría de PIP-7, es decir, de asistencia
técnica. Asimismo, deberá presentar la autorización expedida por Migración Colombia que le
permite el ingreso en tal calidad. Éste tipo de permiso, solo podrá ser autorizado por 30 días
calendario, si es requerido más tiempo, deberá solicitar la visa TP 13, la cual corresponde a
dicha actividad y será otorgada por 180 días y su vigencia será por el mismo periodo.
*** Para los demás diferentes a los mencionados, el extranjero deberá presentar, al
ingreso, la carta de invitación o el documento que acredite la actividad que pretende
adelantar en territorio colombiano.
Si la nacionalidad del extranjero requiere Visa, la misma deberá tramitarla ante el
Consulado de Colombia del país donde se encuentre o el más cercano.

oficiales que puedan ser necesarias en algunos países por razones administrativas (VISA) se
pueden solicitar por e-mail:

TRÁMITES DE INSCRIPCIÓN
Confirmación de pre-inscripción
Cada participante registrado previamente recibirá una confirmación de registro por parte
de la oficina del Congreso. Por favor traiga una copia de su carta de confirmación de
inscripción para presentarla en el registro, con el fin de que el proceso sea más rápido.
Si usted no tiene una carta de confirmación y la oficina del Congreso no tiene registro del
recibo de pago, deberá pagar su inscripción, incluso si el pago fue remitido previamente.
Cualquier pago duplicado se reintegrará después de la reunión.
Inscripción en el sitio, escarapela y recogida del material del Congreso
El puesto de registro estará ubicado en la sede del Congreso. Por favor, tenga en cuenta
que la inscripción en el sitio puede llevar mucho tiempo. Se recomienda que se registre al
menos 15 días antes del congreso para agilizar este proceso. Se le recuerda que deberá
traer la carta de confirmación con usted para recoger su escarapela y material de la
reunión. Se recomienda llegar con anticipación para evitar faltar a una sesión.
¡Por favor, use su escarapela todo el tiempo!
Se requiere que recoja y lleve su escarapela puesta en todo momento durante la reunión,
ya que esta servirá como identificación para que pueda entrar a las conferencias. No se
permitirá el acceso a las sesiones del Congreso si no lleva puesta la escarapela de
identificación. Esto nos permite garantizar una adecuada seguridad. Si pierde su tarjeta
de identificación, un cargo de US 100 se aplicará en caso de necesitar un reemplazo.
Cancelación
Se devuelve el costo de la inscripción completa, menos la tasa de procesamiento
correspondiente a US $ 40, en caso de que la cancelación nos llegue por escrito antes de
30 días de la fecha de realización del Congreso. El 30% del pago total se devolverá si la
cancelación se realiza entre 15 a 30 días antes de comenzar el evento. No será posible realizar
el reembolso en menos de 15 días antes del evento y en caso de no presentarse o de salida
anticipada. La cancelación será procesada un mes después del Congreso.
