Each Nomination Form must be signed by OWNER for the horse to be eligible for this race.
By signing I agree to all conditions on the front and reverse side of this nomination form.
Any horse that ran in a trial, elimination or qualifying race for entry into a final race, from which a positive test sample was collected upon first testing by
the Arizona Department of Racings primary testing laboratory, shall be eligible to run in the finals ONLY as determined by th e Arizona Department of Racings, rules and policies. In the event of disqualification by the Arizona Department of Racings Stewards at Turf Paradise fo r a positive test or any other
reason, the horse that ran next in line by qualifying criteria would advance. This shall not apply to an overage of an autho rized medication where the violation would not result in loss of purse.
All nominations and sustaining fees must be postmarked on or before the due dates. An insufficient funds or no account check shall result in cancellation of entry and / or entries
into this race and forfeiture of any fees previously paid. Re-entry will require late payment penalties and any previous or remaining fees due.
Nominations or subscriptions may be refused or canceled without liability by Turf Paradise or AQRA at any time prior to the actual running of trials, except for the return of any
nomination and entry fees paid. Nomination to this race does not guarantee a stall for the nominated horse.
The nominator and all participants shall abide by the conditions, rules, and regulations of the Arizona Department of Racing , Turf Paradise and the AQRA. All horses must
meet all qualifying and eligibility requirements established by the AQRA, Turf Paradise and the Arizona Department of Racing. There shall be no refunds of nomination or sustaining payments for horses which fail to meet these requirements.
AQRA or Turf Paradise reserves the right at their discretion to cancel, postpone, transfer this race to another track, or run trials on separate days for any reason it deems good
and sufficient.
Time trials and the final shall be run in accordance with the rules and regulations of the American Quarter Horse Association.
If a horse that qualified for the final should be unable to enter or scratched for any reason other than a positive drug test or rule violation, the horse shall be deemed to have
earned and the owner will receive last place purse money. If more than one horse is scratched from the final, then those purse monies shall be added together and divided equally
among those owners. If a qualifier for the final is disqualified for ineligibility or a rule violation after time trials are declared official, but prior to entry for the final, the non-qualifier
with the next fastest time shall replace the disqualified horse. If a qualifier is disqualified after entry for the final for any reason other than racing unsoundness, illness or death, if
necessary, the purse shall be redistributed among the remaining qualifiers.
The decision of the Board of Stewards in all matters shall be final, and nominations and entries are accepted only on the condition that those persons nominating and / or starting a horse in the trials and final agree to abide by their decision.

los finales solamente segun lo determinadopor los directories, las reglas o las politicas de la Arizona Department of Racing. En caso de la descalificacion por
el Arizona Department of Racing por una prueba positive o cualquier otra razon, el caballo que funciono desputes en linea cal ificando criterios avanzaria.
Esto no se aplicara a un overage de una medicacion autorizada donde la violacion no daria lugar a la perdida de monedero.
Todas las nominaciones y pagos deberan ser estampados por el coreo antes o el dia de vencimiento.
En caso de presentarse un checke o cuenta sin fondo resultara en cancelacion de la entrada/o entradas y los pagos anteriores seran clausurados,encaso de reentrar sera requerido una multa y cual quier cantidad pendiente a e se momento de reentrar.
Nominaciones o subscripciones podran ser rechasadas o canceladad si ninguna sancion y responsabildad de Turf Paradise or AQRA en cual quier momento o antes de correr
las elimatorias,en exepcion de el regreso de una nominacion o entrada de un caballo.las nominaciones no garantizan una caballeriza para el caballo nominado.
Los nominadores y participantes tendran que ser sometidos a todas las reglas,condiciones y regulaciones de Arizona Department Of Racing y Turf Paradise .
To los caballos tendran que calificar y ser elegibles por los requisitos de AQRA, Turf Paradise y Arizona Department Of Racing .,No habra ningun regreso de pagos de nominaciones y entradas por algun caballo que no se haya sometido a estos requisitos.
AQRA or Turf Paradise se reserva el derecho a su discrecion de cancelar o prospener o trasferir la carerra a otro hypodromo,o correr las eliminatirias en dias separados por
cualquier razon siendo buena y sufficiente.
En el monento de las eliminatorias y finales tendran que ser de acuerdo con las reglas y regulaciones de la American Quarter Horse Association.
Si algun caballo que a calificado para la final no podra ser re entrado o descalificado( escrachado) por ninguna razon solamente por salir positivo en las pruebas de drogas o
violacion de reglas. ,el caballo sera bajado de lo bolsa ganada y el recibira el dinero del ultimo lugar.si uno o mas caballos son eliminados ( escrachados) de la final.,entonces el
dinero sera juntado y dividido entre los caballos elimidados (escrachados ),y sus duenos.
Si un caballo calificado para la final es descalificado por no ser elegible o una sancion o regla de violacion despues de aver calificado.,pero antes de entrar para la final.,el caballo
con el tiempo mas rapido sera el que remplace al caballo descalificado.,si el calificado es descalificado despues de la entrada para correr la final por alguna razon o otra de
enfermedades,lesiones o muerte ,si es nesesario.,la bolsa del pemio sera distribuida dentro de los nominados y finalista calificados.
La decisiones de la mesa directiva de los Stewards ( Jueses ) en cualquier decision sera final,y nominaziones y entradas seran aceptadas solamente con las condicion de las
personas nominando y empezando a un caballo en las calificaciones de las eliminatorias. ,y finalmente quedando de acuerdo con las reglas y sus decisiones .
