Por el cual se hace un nombramiento
El PRESIDENTE DE lA REPÚBLICA DE COLOMBIA,
En ejercicio de las atribuciones constitucionales y legales, en especial de las
conferidas por el numeral 13 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política y el Decreto
3912 de 2004,
DECRETA:
ARTíCULO PRIMERO.- Nómbrese a la Doctora LUCY YANETH OSORNO
SÁNCHEZ, identificada con cédula de ciudadanía número 43.482.602 de Cisne ros,
en el cargo de Gerente de Radio Televisión Nacional de Colombia - RTVC.
ARTíCULO SEGUNDO.- El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su
expedición.
COMUNíQUESE, PUBLíQUESE y CÚMPLASE.
