The symposium will be held at JIIT Noida UP India during January 6-8, 2015. The aim of this symposium is to provide a common platform for researchers, academicians, industry leaders, information providers and policy makers to share their experiences, innovative ideas and research findings more specially the emerging trends and technologies in the field of Information science, knowledge resource centers and information services. In this endeavor, ETTLIS in the past has always partnered with likeminded institutions especially partners who are eager to promote the development activities in the field of Libraries and Information Services and Information Science. The papers will be reviewed by a panel of International Reviewers. Accepted papers will be will be published online at IEEE Xplore. Preparation of Full Paper/Camera Ready Copy Submission The proposed paper should be divided into sub-headings such as Title of the Paper, Author/s (with full communication address including Phone Number and Email of all the authors), Abstract, Keywords (Up to Six Keywords), Introduction, Methodology (If any), Result and Discussion, References (IEEE Style). Paper formatting template can be downloaded from Symposium Website. The papers in MS Word (.doc) or RTF format prepared as per the template can be directly submitted through the Easychair conference Management system or to the organizing secretary by email.
