(Yo) enfermo/a – sick (Tú) triste – sad (Él) contento/a – happy (Ella) mal - bad (Ud.) ocupado/a – busy (Él) cansado/a – tired • Using the verb estar + adjective, write a sentence telling how the person in the picture is doing. Then write the plural form of the sentence below it. • Use all subject pronouns ( yo, tú, etc. ) except for vosotros. • Remember that when the subject is plural, the adjective must be plural too. • Also, remember that if the subject is feminine, the adjective must also be in its feminine form. Follow this example. Do the same for tú, él, ella, Ud. Yo Yo estoy muy enfermo porque no bebo agua. Mi amigo y yo Mi amigo y yo estamos muy enfermos porque no bebemos agua. Tú Tú estás triste porque llueve. Tú Roberto Roberto y tú están tristes porque llueve.
