¿Cómo solicitar Beca del Instituto Confucio?
2009年度孔子学院奖学金申请办法
“孔子学院奖学金”由孔子学院总部设立，旨在鼓励世界各国学生、汉语教师来华学习和研究汉
语言文化。
一、
颁发对象
1、各国孔子学院（课堂）的优秀学员；
2、在海外从事或计划从事汉语教学的教师；
3、参加孔子学院总部主办的各类汉语考试且成绩优异者；
4、“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛优秀参赛选手；
5、国外有关高校汉语学习者；
6、符合孔子学院总部特定协议规定条件的人士。
申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康。
二、奖学金类别及相应申请资格要求
1、进修奖学金
奖学金期限一般分为四周、一学期和一学年。申请人原则上应具备一定汉语基础，年龄一般
不超过55周岁。
2、学位奖学金
申请人应参加过汉语水平考试（HSK）并获得3级以上汉语水平证书。
学士学位奖学金：期限45学年。申请人应具有相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历，通过中国大学入学考试或经推荐被中国大
学免试录取，年龄一般不超过35周岁。
硕士学位奖学金：期限23学年。申请人应具有学士学位或相当学历，年龄一般不超过45周岁。
博士学位奖学金：期限34学年。申请人应具有硕士学位或相当学历，年龄一般不超过45周岁。
三、奖学金内容、标准
1、提供注册费、学费、基本教材费、住宿费
2、按月发给奖学金生活费，标准为：
a. 进修生：1400元
b. 学士学位生：1400元
c. 硕士学位生：1700元
d. 博士学位生：2000元

发给一次性安置费，标准为：
a.
在华学习时间满一学年（含）的：1500元
b.
在华学习时间在一学期（含）以上但不满一学年的： 1000元。
提供来华留学生综合保险：为在华奖学金生所投付的综合医疗保险。主要用于学生
因大病住院或发生人身意外伤害所支付的费用。
四、申请途径
申请人应向如下奖学金招生单位提交申请文件：
1、驻各国的中国使、领馆教育（文化）处（组）
2、各国孔子学院
3、孔子学院总部设在海外的各类汉语考试考点
4、孔子学院总部指定的其他机构
五、申请材料
申请人须按如下要求向奖学金招生单位提交相关材料（均为一式两份）：
1、《孔子学院奖学金申请表》，需使用中文或英文完整填写或打印。此表可从国家汉办网站
和网络孔子学院网站下载，下载地址：http://www.hanban.org/jiangxuejin.php ,或www.chinese.cn ；
2、护照照片页复印件；
3、申请陈述。包含申请人汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等，不少于200字，用中文或
英文打印并附申请人签名。申请攻读硕士、博士学位者请详述来华学习和研究计划（可另附纸）
；
4、汉语水平证明。可为汉语水平证书及成绩单、或其他汉语学习和教育证明；
5、学历证明和成绩单（须由所在学校教务单位直接出具并加盖公章）；申请学习本科专业者
，须提供经过公证的高中会考成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；申请攻
读硕士、博士学位者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
6、年龄不满18岁的申请人，需提交监护人保证书及应急联系方式；
7、《外国人体格检查记录》。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超
过6个月者，须用英文填写。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章
的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。
上述申请材料由各招生单位于2009年5月31日前送抵孔子学院总部。孔子学院总部暂不受
理个人申请。
六、学习院校选择
申请孔子学院奖学金来华学习，可从孔子学院总部认可的普通高等学校和中学中选择三所
志愿学校。相关学校名单请登录国家汉办/孔子学院网站查询。查询地址：http://www.hanban.org/ji
angxuejin.php,或www.chinese.cn 。
孔子学院总部鼓励申请人提前自行联系学校，如申请人已获得学校邀请信，请在申请材料
中附上。
七、录取
1、孔子学院总部将对奖学金申请人的申请材料进行审核，并有权对申请人所选择的学校和学
习时限进行适当的调整。经孔子学院总部审核合格的申请材料将转送有关学校，由学校决定是否
录取。
2、已就读于孔子学院总部认可的中国普通高等学校和中学的申请人，由所在学校推荐，经孔
子学院总部批准后可获得孔子学院奖学金资格。
3、孔子学院总部在2009年6月底前将奖学金录取结果通知奖学金生招生单位。
八、报到
奖学金获得者须按录取学校规定的时间到指定接收单位报到。无法按期报到者，奖学金资
格原则上不予保留。

Application Procedures for
Confucius Institute Scholarship
（2009）
“Confucius Institute Scholarship” is established by Confucius Institute Headquarters, with a goal of
encouraging students and teachers worldwide, who are studying and/or teaching Chinese as a second
language, to study Chinese language and culture in China.
Eligibility
1. Outstanding students from Confucius Institutes (Classrooms) worldwide;
2. Foreign teachers who are teaching or planning to teach Chinese as a second language;
3. Students who received distinguished grade from the Chinese Examination series held by Confucius
Institute Headquarters;
4. Outstanding Contestants in “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition;
5. Students studying Chinese as a second language in overseas universities or colleges;
6. Applicants who meet the requirements of other of Confucius Institute Headquarters’ agreements.
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
Categories and Specific Criteria
1．Scholarships for Short-term Study
Duration for these scholarships is generally divided into 4 weeks, 1 semester and 1 academic year.
Applicants are required to have a basic knowledge Chinese language level, and under the age of 55.
2. Scholarships for Degrees
z Bachelor’s Degree Scholarship：4-5 academic years. Applicants are required to have a diploma
comparable to a Chinese high school certificate, pass the Chinese university admission examination
or be admitted by recommendation and without taking an admission exam, and under the age of 35.
z Master’s Degree Scholarship: 2-3 academic years. Applicants are required to have a bachelor
degree or a diploma comparable to a bachelor degree, and under the age of 45.
z Doctorate Degree Scholarship: 3-4 academic years. Applicants are required to have a master’s
degree or a diploma comparable to a master degree, and under the age of 45.
Details of the Scholarships
1. Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee, fees for basic learning materials and accommodation
on campus
2. Monthly allowance are at the following rates (CNY Yuan per month)
a. Short-term studying：CNY1,400
b. Bachelor’s Degree Students：CNY1,400
c. Master’s Degree Students：CNY1,700
d. Doctor’s Degree Students：CNY2,000
3. One-off settlement subsidy, at the following rates (CNY Yuan):
a. Students who will study in China for 1 academic year or more：CNY 1,500
b. Students who will study in China more than 1 semester, but within 1 academic year: CNY 1,000.
4. Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Benefit Plan for International Students in China is
provided by Confucius Institute Headquarters for the scholarship students, in case of hospitalization for
serious diseases and accidental injuries.
How to Apply
Applicants are supposed to submit their application materials to the following institution:
1. The Education (Culture) Department (Section) in local Chinese Embassy and Consulate overseas.
2. Confucius Institutes worldwide.
3. Overseas Chinese Proficiency Tests Centers recognized by Confucius Institute Headquarters。
4. Other institutions specified by Confucius Institute Headquarters.
Application Materials
Applicants must submit application materials to the recruiting institutions according to the following
requirement (in duplicate):
1. Completed “Application Form for Confucius Institute Scholarship”，filled and printed, both in
Chinese and English. The form can be downloaded from the Hanban website and/or the Confucius
Institute Online at http://www.hanban.org/jiangxuejin.php or www.chinese.cn ；
2. A photocopy of the passport page with your photo on it;
3. Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in
China, etc. The statement should be no less than 200 words, printed in either Chinese or English and
signed by the applicant. Detail research and study plan (additional paper can be attached) are required for
students applying for master’s or doctorate degree；
4. Certificates of Chinese Proficiency could be Chinese Proficiency Certificates and transcripts, or other
certificates of Chinese language learning and/or education;
5. Diploma and transcripts (issued directly by the educational administration office of the
school/university, and with a school cache); Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide
notarized copy of senior high school transcripts. Documents in language other than Chinese or English
must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English; Applicants for Master’s or Doctorate
Degree are required to submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or
associated professors;
6. Applications under the age of 18 should submit letters of approval and provide emergency
contact of their legal guardians;
7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (printed by Chinese quarantine authority and
only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months) filled in English. Incomplete
records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a
sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid.
The above application materials should reach Confucius Institute Headquarters via the recruiting
institutions by April 30th, 2009. Individual applications will not be accepted by the Confucius Institute
Headquarters.
Selection of Institutions
Applicants can select 3 institutions as personal preference from the list of Chinese higher institutions or
secondary schools designated by Confucius Institute Headquarters. For detailed information of the
designated institutions, please check on the website of Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters at
http://www.hanban.org/jiangxuejin.php or www.chinese.cn.
Contacts between applicants and their target institutions are encouraged. Please attach the admission
letters from the target institution to the application materials, if there’s any.
Approval
1. Confucius Institute Headquarters will review all the application materials from the appointed
authorities and is authorized to make necessary adjustments on the applied institutions and duration of
study. The qualified applications will be forwarded to institutions and the final decision on whether to
admit the applicants will be made by them;
2. Recommended by their current institution, scholarship applicants currently attending Chinese
secondary schools or higher institutions could be officially awarded the Confucius Institute Scholarship;
3．Confucius Institute Headquarters will send the List of Acceptance to relevant recruiting institutions
by the end of June, 2009;
Registration
Students who are awarded the scholarship are required to register in the designated institution within the
specified deadline. The privilege of the scholarship would be withdrawn, if one could not register in time.

Instituto Confucio
(2009)
"Becas del Instituto Confucio" es establecido por la Sede del Instituto Confucio, con el
objetivo de animar a los estudiantes y profesores en todo el mundo, que están
estudiando y / o enseñanza de chino como segunda lengua, para estudiar el idioma chino
y la cultura en China.
Elegibilidad
1. Estudiantes de Institutos Confucio (aulas) en todo el mundo
2. Los profesores extranjeros que se encuentran la planificación de la enseñanza o para
enseñar el chino como segundo idioma;
3. Los estudiantes que recibieron grado distinguido de la serie el examen chino del
Instituto Confucio en manos de la Sede;

Categorías y criterios específicos
1. Becas para estudios a corto plazo
Duración de estas becas se divide en 4 semanas, 1 semestre académico y 1 año. Los
solicitantes deben tener un conocimiento básico de idioma chino, y en virtud de la
edad de 55 años.
2. Becas para Títulos
Licenciatura de Becas: 4-5 años académicos. Los solicitantes deben tener un título
comparable al de un certificado de escuela secundaria chino, pase el examen de
admisión en la universidad chino o ser admitidos por la recomendación y sin tener
un examen de admisión, y menores de 35 años.
Master Becas: 2-3 años académicos. Los solicitantes deben tener una licenciatura o
un título comparable a un título de grado, y bajo la edad de 45 años.
Beca Doctorado: 3-4 años académicos. Los solicitantes deben tener un título de
maestría o un diploma comparable al de un maestro de grado, y bajo la edad de 45
años.
Detalles de las Becas
1. Exentos de cuota de inscripción, matrícula, gastos de material didáctico básico y
alojamiento en el campus
2. Asignación mensual que se encuentran en los siguientes porcentajes (CNY Yuan por
mes)
a. A corto plazo el estudio de: CNY1, 400
b. Licenciatura Estudiantes: CNY1, 400
c. Master Estudiantes: CNY 1, 700
d. Doctorado Estudiantes: CNY 2, 000
3. Solución única de subvención, en los siguientes porcentajes (CNY Yuan):
a. Los estudiantes que vaya a cursar estudios en China por 1 año académico o más:
1.500.
b. Los estudiantes que vaya a cursar estudios en China más de 1 semestre, pero dentro
de 1 año académico: CNY 1.000.
4. Completa de seguro médico y Plan de Beneficios para estudiantes internacionales en
China es proporcionada por la Sede del Instituto Confucio para la beca de los
estudiantes, en caso de hospitalización por enfermedades graves y lesiones
accidentales.
5. Cómo Aplicar
Se supone que los solicitantes presenten su solicitud de materiales a las siguientes
instituciones:
1. La Educación (Cultura) Departamento (Sección), en locales de la Embajada y el
Consulado chino de ultramar.
2. Institutos Confucio en todo el mundo.

Aplicación de Materiales.
Los solicitantes deberán presentar la solicitud de materiales para la contratación de las
instituciones de acuerdo con los siguientes requisitos (por duplicado):
1. Completar "Formulario de Solicitud de Beca Instituto Confucio", lleno e impreso,
tanto en Chino e Inglés. El formulario se puede descargar desde el sitio Web

http://www.hanban.org/jiangxuejin.php www.chinese.cn, una fotocopia de la página
del pasaporte con su foto en el mismo;
2. Personales; lo que indica la demandante Chino aprendizaje antecedentes, objetivos y
plan de estudio en China, etc. La declaración no debe ser inferior a 200 palabras,
impreso en chino o Inglés y firmada por el solicitante. Detalle de la investigación y
el plan de estudios (documento adicional se puede unir) son obligatorios para los
estudiantes candidatos a maestría o doctorado;
3. Certificados de aptitud chino podría ser chino y transcripciones de certificados de
aptitud, o de otros certificados de aprendizaje del idioma chino y / o la educación;
4. Diploma y transcripciones (emitidos directamente por la oficina de la administración
educativa de la escuela / universidad, y con un caché de la escuela), los solicitantes
de estudios universitarios están obligados a proporcionar copia autenticada de la
escuela secundaria superior transcripciones. Los documentos en idioma distinto del
chino o Inglés deberá adjuntarse notarial con traducciones en chino o Inglés;
solicitantes de Maestría o Doctorado deben presentar dos cartas de recomendación
en chino o Inglés, por profesores o profesores asociados;
5. Aplicaciones menores de 18 años deberán presentar cartas de aprobación de
emergencia y el contacto de sus tutores legales;
Fotocopia del Formulario de Examen Físico Extranjero (impreso por la autoridad china
de cuarentena y sólo para aquellas cuyo período de estudios en China dura hasta seis
meses) lleno en Inglés. Los registros incompletos o sin la firma del médico tratante, el
sello oficial del hospital o de un recipiente sellado fotografía del solicitante no son
válidos.
La mencionada solicitud a los materiales deberá llegar a la sede del Instituto Confucio a
través de la contratación de las instituciones de 30 de abril de 2009. A las solicitudes no
serán aceptadas por el Instituto de Confucio de la Sede.
Selección de Instituciones
Los candidatos pueden seleccionar 3 instituciones como las preferencias personales de
la lista de las instituciones superiores o chino escuelas secundarias designado por la
Sede del Instituto Confucio. Para obtener información detallada de las instituciones
designadas, por favor, consulte en la página Web de Hanban / Instituto de Confucio en
la
Sede http://www.hanban.org/jiangxuejin.php o www.chinese.cn
Los contactos entre los solicitantes y de sus instituciones objetivo se animan. Sírvase
adjuntar cartas de la admisión de la entidad objeto de la aplicación de materiales, si hay
alguna.
Aprobación
1. Sede de Instituto Confucio revisará todos los materiales de aplicación de la nombró
autoridades y está autorizado a hacer los ajustes necesarios en la aplicada y la
duración de las instituciones de estudio. El calificado las solicitudes se remitirán a
las instituciones y la decisión final sobre si la admisión de los solicitantes se hará
por ellos;
2. Recomendado por su actual institución, los solicitantes de becas que actualmente
asisten a escuelas secundarias chino o más instituciones podrían ser oficialmente
galardonado con Becas del Instituto de Confucio;
3. Sede del Instituto Confucio enviará la lista de aceptación para la contratación de las
instituciones antes de finales de junio, 2009;
Registro
Los estudiantes que se conceden la beca están obligados a inscribirse en la institución
designada dentro del plazo especificado. El privilegio de la beca podría ser retirada, si
no se puede registrar en el tiempo.
