RESUMEN
El Estudio de Impacto Ambiental Ex Post del Batallón Escuela Policía Militar
Ministerial, se elaboró tomando en consideración la normatividad ambiental
vigente, promulgada tanto por el Ministerio del Ambiente del Ecuador de
forma particular el Acuerdo Ministerial 061, así como otras instituciones
relacionadas con la operación y funcionamiento de la escuela militar. El
documento contiene levantamiento de la línea de base (diagnósticos), tanto
físicos, bióticos, socioeconómicos y ambientales del batallón, además una
descripción de la infraestructura y las actividades de funcionamiento.
También se desarrollaron ejercicios de análisis, identificación y valoración
tanto de los impactos positivos como negativos de la fase de operación del
batallón; complementariamente se efectuó una auditoría del cumplimiento de
la Legislación Ambiental así como análisis de riesgos de las actividades
diarias; toda esta información con el propósito de disponer de criterios y
argumentos que permitan conocer los niveles de gestión ambiental, de
funcionamiento y de seguridad de la institución militar. Finalmente en este
documento, se formula el Plan de Manejo Ambiental TULAS, (2015),
enfatizando en medidas tanto de prevención, control, mitigación ambiental
así como directrices para manejo de riesgos laborales, contingencias,
cronogramas, presupuestos y responsables de su ejecución.

ABSTRACT
The EIA Ex Post Military Police Battalion Ministerial School, was developed
taking into consideration the current environmental regulations promulgated
by both the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador in particular the Ministerial
Agreement 061, and other institutions related to the operation and operation
of the military school. The document contains lifting baseline (diagnosis), both
physical, biotic, socioeconomic and environmental battalion, plus a
description of the infrastructure and operation activities of the battalion.
Exercises in analysis, identification and assessment of both positive and
negative impacts of the operation phase of the battalion were also developed;
complementarily an audit of compliance with environmental legislation is
made and risk analysis of daily activities; all this information in order to have
criteria and arguments that reveal the levels of environmental management,
operation and security of the battalion. Finally in this document, the
Environmental Management Plan formulated TULAS, (2015), emphasizing
